ISO/QS 9000汽車零組件產品規範的研究

一、簡介:

隨著ISO 9000之風行世界,由ISO 9000衍生之個別產業品保系統標準,如雨後春筍般出現。為了維持國際市場的競爭力,美國三大汽車公司(福特、克萊斯勒及通用)共花了六年的時間整合他們原有的品質系統標準,最後終於在19949月發佈了新的品質系統標準稱作ISO/QS 9000

二、動機:

TRIMAS公司是在台灣的美商公司,該公司在台設立分公司的目的是對亞洲採購零組件,以降低企業的生產成本。該公司採購的產品以汽車零組件為大宗,採購的產品標準是QS-9000QS-9000是以ISO 9000為基礎的汽車零組件品質保證。本研究針對該公司所提列的QS-9000提出許多修正看法,以符合現代品質管理的趨勢。

三、目的:

           本研究針對TRIMAS公司所提列的QS-9000提出許多修正看法,以符合現代品質管理的趨勢。

四、特色:

全組組員利用暑假期間與指導老師對於TRIMAS公司汽車零組件的採購流程進行了解,並以品管角度進行改善和修正。

五、研究方法:

           以品質管理的角度,針對QS-9000規範進行研究。

六、結論:

本研究參考了九本TRIMAS公司內部教育訓練手冊,這些手冊就是QS-9000品質系統,有些內容不符品管理念及需要補充說明的部分,本研究皆用底線字體加以匡正與補充,想必能讓QS-9000品質系統更加完備。

2.      Motivation:

TRIMAS Company is the American trader's company in Taiwan, the purpose that this company sets up the  branch company in Taiwan is to purchase the spare part to Asia, in order to reduce the production costs of enterprises. The products that this company purchases are mainly automobile spare part, products standards purchased are QS-9000, QS-9000 is guaranteed by the spare part quality of automobile based on ISO 9000. This research puts forward a lot of revision views to QS-9000 arranged that this company proposes, in order to accord with the trend of the modern qualitative control.

 

3.      Purpose:

        This research puts forward many correction viewpoints to the QS-9000 that TRIMAS company provides to match the trend that the modern quality manages.

 

4.      Significance:

           Whole set the member make use of summer vacation to carry on understanding with the instruction teacher's         purchase toward the TRIMAS company automobile components process for period, and carry on the           improvement and correction by the quality control angle.

 

5.      Methods:

Carry on a research to standard QS-9000 with the angle of the quality management.

 

6.      Conclusion:

       This research made reference to nine the company of origin internal training manual, these manuals are the   quality QS-9000 systems, some contents not agree with the quality management principle and need to add the part   of explanation, this research all takes in to correct with the bottom line form of written with the complement,     thinking can not fail to make the quality QS-9000 system more complete.

本專題以一家專門生產汽車照明設備的新傑燈光科技公司為研究對象,做排程問題的研究,希望能經由這樣的排程研究來達到增加公司的市場競爭力。

二、動機:

(一)增加該公司在台灣的競爭力。

(二)顧客的滿意度。

(三)該公司的需求。

三、目的:

(一)達到改善排程的結果。

(二)減少操作過程延遲及人事費用的成本。

(三)提高生產效率和顧客滿意度。

四、特色:

排程可以用來安排公司訂單的交貨日期,如果不能準時交貨時,看是否需要加班或者外包。

五、研究方法:

前推式排程與後推式排程。

排程方法:先到的先進行加工(FCFS)、最短加工時間優先(SPT)、交期最快的工作優先(EDD) 及甘特圖。

六、結論:

排程在每個企業裡都是很重要的,一個公司裡具有好的排程方法能替公司縮短交期,並提高機器的利用率及提升顧客的滿意度。

協輝公司拔手器製程佈置重新規劃之研究

一、簡介:

本專題研究的是設施規劃,以協輝工業有限公司為研究對象。該公司為傳統製造工業,如何利用設施規劃的知識與技術來強化企業的競爭優勢,乃是當務之急。

 

二、動機:

  隨著工商業蓬勃發展,顧客對於產品的要求也相對提高,企業為了滿足顧客的需求,使工廠能夠提升生產效率並且降低成本,而設施規劃的工作,往往是達成此目標的重要關鍵。

 

三、目的:

  針對工廠內部實體設備加以系統化的組織安排,經由設施規劃內部的佈置與物料搬運,以提昇設備、物料、人員、及能源的使用效率,讓工廠製程能夠更順暢,節省成本並提高產值。

 

四、特色:

以協輝工業有限公司所生產製造的H-107拔手器為例,經由拔手器的製造流程來研究工廠目前的設施規劃,給予適當的建議,以求提高生產效率與減少閒置的時間。

 

五、研究辦法:

  我們收集了公司的資料,如公司簡介、產品簡介、詳細的工廠及設備明細表、操作流程圖、流程程序圖、工廠平面圖、以及產品製程的動線圖,進行研究分析並加以改善,希望能讓公司生產能力進而提升。

 

六、結論:

1. 由於工廠內部機台位置的變動,縮短了搬運的距離,使製程動線更順暢。

2. 由於距離的縮短,在製程所花的時間上也明顯有了改善,增加了人力有效的運作。

3. 在機具位置變動時,佈置之局部變化雖會導致部分流程產生負面影響,但對整體製程仍可產 正面效益者,仍值得採用。

1.       Introduction:

The Topic of the research is facility planning, taking Hsieh Hui Industrial Co., Ltd as an object. It is a tradition technology company. It is importance for them to use the knowledge and technology of facility planning to enhance their competition.

2.       Motivation:

As the industry and commerce grow vigorously, customer's demands for the product also heighten relatively. The enterprises, in order to meet customer's demands, enable the factory to improve production efficiency and lower costs. The work of facility planning is often the important key of reaching this target.

3.       Purpose:

After systematically arranging the factorys equipment, facility planning and material handling, it can promote working efficiency of equipments, supplies, personnel, and energy. It also make factory work more smoothly, save the cost and raise the output value.

4.        Significance:

Let’s take the H-107 as example. Through the manufacturing process of H-107, we study the facilities planning of the factory and propose some suggestions to promote the efficiency of production and reduce the idle time.

5.       Methods:

We collect the information about the company, such as: the introduction of the company and products. the details of the company equipment, operation process chart, flow process chart, the layout of the factory, the flow chart of production process. We do the research and analysis and try to improve them. We hope it can promote the production capability of the company.

6.       Conclusion:

1.  Because of the change of the machine location, it shortens the distance of worker moving and smoothes the manufacturing process.

2.  Because of shortening the moving distance, the time of manufacturing process is obviously improved. It increases the efficiency of man-power.

3.  When the location of the machine was changed, it might have negative affection to the manufacturing process. But it still has positive affection for the whole process, it is worthy to adopt it.

7.       Advisor’s Comments:

This project takes an industrial practicum as a topic.  By means of actual observation of the manufacturing process, students are able to experience the assembling process of the gripper, and consequently are able to apply what they have learned in work study and facility planning to actual practice. They can also learn how to improve the manufacturing process.

 


 

辦公椅製程合理化-以穩尚公司為例

一、簡介:

本次專題所研究的廠商是穩尚塑膠有限公司,藉由此專題研究的機會了解一般在工廠內所會發生的製造程序上問題。

二、動機:

   本個案所討論的公司因年年增加機器設備,機器擺設未詳細規劃、造成製造流程不順暢、主管的工作負荷過重、半成品的擺設過於凌亂…等問題!所以本組想利用所學知識與相關理論來提出最佳的現場改善方法,對於這些問題,期望能做到現場合理化的目標,也希望對該公司有所貢獻。

三、目的:

在學校所學的設施規劃課程,藉由此次研究,對個案工廠的現場作業程序作一客觀分析,建立完善的製造作業流程,使製程合理化、減少不必要的浪費,使實務和理論做一整合,增加畢業後的就業實務能力。

四、特色:

將所學的專業知識及相關理論應用於此次的實務專題研究上,以瞭解理論與實務現況的差距。更希望藉由此專題讓研究小組成員瞭解體會團隊精神的重要性。

五、研究方法:

此次專題研究本組採用文獻研究法與個案研究法兩種方法同時進行,其研究要點說明如下:

.文獻研究法:參考了相關中文書籍及報告,以做為個案研究中之理論依據。

  .個案研究法:實際到工廠找出工廠有關之問題點。

六、結論:

在這次與穩尚塑膠有限公司合作的實務專題研究中,經過本組研究討論,所得到的結果是利用主文的相關理論來改善流程上的問題,運用較少的成本來盡可能的改善對於工廠佈置提高生產效率,藉以提升工廠獲利的目標。

This research is taking Wen Sang plastic limited company as an object. From this study, we understand the problems always happen in the manufacturing process of the factory.

2.  Motivation:

Because the company discussed in this study increased equipment every year and didn’t plan the facility well, it caused a lot of problems such as manufacturing process non-smoothly, the overload for the supervisor, the semi-finished product in disorder…etc. Our team want to use the knowledge and related theories we learned, to propose an optima improvement method. We hope to get the rationalizing process target and contribute to this company.

3.  Purpose:

The facilities planning course learned in school applies this study to analyze the manufacturing procedure of the object, build up a perfect operating procedure, rationalizing manufacturing process, reduce waste. This study makes a integration between the actual situation and theories, and increases our professional capability.

4.  Significance:

Applying the professional knowledge and related theories in this special study, we understand the difference between the theories and the actual situation. We also hope the team-member realize the importance of teamwork by this study.

5.  Methods:

This research adopt the reference study method and the case study method simultaneously. The detail explanation of two methods are described as follows:

1.The reference study method : referring the textbooks and reports as the theoretical basis.

2.Case study method : taking a factory as an object.

After our team’s discussion, the result of this study cooperating with Wen Sang plastic limited company is to improve the problems of manufacturing process by using the related theories of this subject. It can improve the plant layout and raise the production efficiency as possibly by less cost. It also promotes the target of the factory profit.

以宇呈股份有限公司為研究對象。該公司為傳統製造工業,如何利用設施規劃的知識與技術來強化企業的競爭優勢,以宇呈股份有限公司所生產製造的器為例,經由避震器的製造流程來研究工廠目前的設施規劃,給予適當的建議,以求提高生產效率與減少閒置的時間。

二、動機:

隨著工商業蓬勃發展,顧客對於產品的要求也相對提高,企業為了能滿足顧客的需求,使工廠能夠提升生產效率,降低成本,而設施規劃的工作,往往是未能達成此目標的重要關鍵。

三、目的:

了解工廠內機具放置的情形,並視其擺放位置,搭配各種相關輔助工具加以分析,已發現其潛藏的問題並加以改善後,使其動線最佳化,進而提升產量;降低成本提高競爭力的目標。

四、特色:

改善措施後,煞車片總距離由5610公分減少至4400公分,效益值為21.6%,達到最小化物料搬運; 改善措施後,煞車片搬運時間由112.2秒減少至88秒,效益值為21.6%,可促進人力之效的有運作。

五、研究方法:

首先熟悉設施規劃的各項觀念,開始着手分配分析者的工作,前往工廠實地參觀,了解場內各項作業流程,廠方空間配置及各部門作業等資訊,並收集場內各個基本及相關資料針,對設施規劃各重點來探討,並導入目前工廠的各項設施規劃現況,從工廠的現況提出問題研究解決方向,並討論各種改善方案。

六、結論:

我們將工廠內之部分機具做了位置的調整,不僅僅縮短了搬運的距離和搬運的時間,以達到人力的有效運作,可以增加人員工作時的效率,還有在員工工作安全部分,做了一些建議和改善以利於員工方便、安全、舒適等等。

()了解公司是如何預防及改善環境的問題。

()在申請ISO 14001驗證需作哪些措施,才能具有合格資格以確保改善工廠的污染源,並把污染源降至最低。

三、目的:

了解申請ISO 14001環境管理標準驗證時,各項條文如何契合公司本身的條件,撰寫成各項標準程序書,藉由條文與程序書的對照,學習導入該系統的需求精髓,並進行相關ISO 14001ISO 9001之異同比較。

The company will from to collect customer’s data passively transfer to establish customer relationship.  The company forms the good interaction with customers and grasps the sales opportunity to create benefit of both sides.

Ten customers’ history data of Ming-Ming Company were collected to customers values.

According to the Arthur Hughes’ analysis method to define customer value, then applied Goodman’s theory to classify four types customer.

探討到B&Q以何種方式進行銷售計畫、用何種方式降低存量、倉庫的規劃、庫房的管理、如何採購可有效的降低成本、驗收作業、及B&Q還有哪些可改善的空間,這些工作雖然是由不同的工作部門來進行,卻是環環相扣的。並由各種不同的管理層面深入討論,分析B&Q的管理方式與經營方向。

二、動機:

當我們會選擇「 B&Q 特力屋之北屯店」作為研究對象的原因很多,其中最吸引我們去探索是因為「 B&Q 特力屋」為台灣第一家大型居家修繕中心 (Home Improvement Center) 。自引進台灣以來,除了導入歐洲最新居家修繕的觀念,提供與其他同步的現代化居家修繕產品,為台灣注入一股全新居家修繕概念的熱潮外,更以「家」的產業自許。他們持以用心的服務態度,藉以提昇消費者居家生活品質而持續努力。也因此她們的進貨、存貨物料品質的嚴格控管外,如何得到更優良的物料,又該如何去管理將變成一個重要的課題。

三、目的:

如何維持公司永續經營是個很受重視的地方,高階管理者在做出決策時需要經過深思熟慮的考慮。良好的物料管理可以大幅降低成本,提高生產系統的穩定性、資金的運轉能力、縮短生產週期、及滿足銷售需求。所謂良好的物料管理就是可以適時、適量、適質、適價、適地供應需求者,使其不致於待料,並使總成本降至最低的管理。

四、特色:

B&Q運用物流中心做有制度,效率的進料發料,也結合了其他產業,創造出本身獲利而外效果。有更貼心的服務完善的設備以及不惜成本的來展示促銷商品,不但使得商品銷售量大大提升,更能創造出很好的經濟效益,也降低了成本為主要目標。

五、研究方法:

良好的物料管理組織及物料管理制度可以確保物料工作的順利進行。為了確保物料管理工作順利進行,並順利把物料管理完成電腦化,具有唯一性的物料編號扮演重要的角色。熟悉編號原則及良好的物料編號,透過電腦可進行各類統計分析工作,有助於管理工作的進行,並且對於 B&Q 特力屋」物料管理的現行使用方法及我們課程中所教理論加以比較其成效,更能從中獲得課堂以外的知識。

參與製作專題過後,讓我們更進一步的了解熟悉物料管理作業流程,是如何在一個企業下運作,物料管理資訊化是當前全球普遍發展的趨勢,物料管理電腦化在目前企業界相當普遍,所以未來物料管理發展應該趨向於思維的管理觀念,因為科技始終來自於人性呀。

Moreover, discuss about what they can be improved. Although different departments do these works, they are all relevant. By deep discussing in different layer of management to analyze the approaches to management and orientation of running business in B & Q store.

 

2.      Motivation:

When we can choose “The B&Q store at the north district in Taichung” as the object of study with many reasons. The most attracting factors to us are because B&Q is the first large-scale home restoration center (Home Improvement Center) in Taiwan. Since B&Q had been set in Taiwan, except inducing the European newest home restoration idea, providing other synchronized modernized home restoration product, they pour a brand-new home restoration concept for Taiwan outside the upsurge by “family” the industry praises oneself. They hold the attentively service attitude, so as to promotes the consumer home life quality to continue diligently. Beside their inventory, the goods in stock with strictly material quality control, and a finer material, the method of management is turn to an important topic.

 

3.      Purpose:

The consideration which how maintains the company to continue forever to manage is the most important thing.  The higher order superintendent must take a good consideration before they make the decision. A good material management may reduce the cost largely, enhances production system stability, fund revolution ability, reduce production cycle, and meets the sales need. The so-called good material management is proceed at the right moment, right amount, the suitable nature, the suitable price, and suitably supplying the demand to make sure that there is no shortage on material. The total cost is falling to the lowest on management.

 

4.      Significance:

B&Q does using the physical distribution center to operate with a systematic, efficiency feeding and sending the material. They also unified other industries to create themselves making a profit. B&Q has the more intimate service with perfect equipment as well as ignoring the cost to demonstrate the promotion commodity It not only causes the commodity sale volume getting a big promotion, but also create the very good economic efficiency, and reduced the cost for so long as goal.

 

5.      Methods:

The good material management organization and the material control system may guarantee the material work to carry on smoothly. In order to guarantee the material management to carry on smoothly and completely smoothly the material management in computerization, the unique material serial number acts an important role. With the application of computer to analyze statistical material management, the familiar serial number principle and the good material serial number are good for conducting the operation of management. By using the comparison between the material management application method at B&Q and the theory taught in our curriculum, it could obtain the knowledge outside the classroom.

After we participated in this project from now on, we have more familiar with the material management under an enterprise operation. The informational material management is the current global universal development tendency, and the material management computerization is quite common in the present business community. Therefore the future material management development will be supposed to tend to the thought management idea, because the science and technology will come from throughout the human nature.

本研究以台灣懷霖工業股份有限公司為例,對其內部製造流程規劃及機械設置安排進行探討和分析並找尋問題點進行改善及建議。

二、動機:

() 傳統工廠大多數都有製造流程不通順的問題,常導致成本的徒增。研究對象即明顯例子。

() 指導老師明確指出台灣懷霖公司曾被焊接問題所苦,成本隨時間增加,故本組有了研究分析此製造方法的想法。

三、目的:

1. 了解研究對象的整體製造流程及作業動線

2. 探討研究對象現今有發現的製程問題

3. 對於研究對象所發生的製造流程問題,進行探討及分析

4. 對於研究對象所發生的製程問題,提出改進建議

四、特色:

對台灣懷霖公司所生產之航空貨櫃; 貨櫃之製造流程和作業動線上所發生影響獲利率及成本的問題以設施規劃及工作研究中的方法研究等相關學術理論,進行研究及分析。

五、研究方法:

探訪工廠後,繪製原始製造動線圖,從中尋找影響整體製程流暢度的問題參考設施規劃的理論,提出相關之改善方案及建議;研究懷霖公司對於焊接於整體製程所造成的問題及成本,並分析公司應對的策略,比對方法研究中的理論,提出想法和結論。

六、結論:

台灣懷霖公司的製造流程與製造方法有明顯的問題存在。若依本組研究得到的方法進行改善有助於工廠的運作,但台灣懷霖公司已有遷廠的計畫,遷廠後本組所提出的所有問題都會消除。

This research, taking Taiwan Fylin industrial incorporated company as an object, discussed and analyzed its manufacturing process and the layout of machines. It also tried to find the problems of them and proposed some improvement and suggestion.

 

2.      Motivation

(1)     Traditional factories always have the manufacturing process hindered problem and cause the cost increasing. The research object is an obvious example.

(2)     Advisor clearly point out Taiwan Fylin company had been suffered by welding process and cost increment by the time. So our team have the idea to study and analyze this manufacturing method .

 

3.      Purpose

1.        Understand the whole manufacturing process and operating flow diagram

2.        Inquires about the manufacturing process problems found by Fylin company at present

3.        Study and analyze these manufacturing process problems.

4.        Propose improving suggestions to solve above problems.

 

4.      Significance

For the problems affecting profit and cost in the Fylin’s manufacturing process and operating flow, we study and analyze them by the theoretical principles of work study and facility planning..

 

5.      Methods

After visiting the factory, we draw the originality manufacturing flow diagram and try to find the problems hindered the whole manufacturing process. Our team propose some improving measures and suggestions by referring the theories of facility planning. We study the welding problem and its cost for Fylin company and their handling strategy. After comparing with theories of method study, we propose our viewpoint and conclusion.

 

6.  Conclusion

There are obvious problems existing in Fylin company’s manufacturing process and method. If they can adopt our recommendations, it shall be helpful to improve their operation. But Fylin company has a project to move the factory. After factory moving, all problems discussed here are disappeared.

This project takes an industrial practicum as a topic.  By means of actual observation of the manufacturing activities, students are able to experience the manufacturing process of cargo container, and consequently are able to apply what they have learned in work study and facility planning to actual practice. 此專題研究目的以驗證所學的物料管理之理論基礎,經由分析研討獲得實務經驗以備未來進入社會職場所用。

 

四、 特色:

從專題中了解所學的理論基礎並非都適用在每間公司。每個公司得以生存下來,都有著獨自的經營理管方式,雖然經營管理方式不同,但還是脫離不開物料管理的理念。

一、簡介:

人造大理石的產品,通常包括洗臉台與廚俱設備。近幾年來,經常發生洗臉台摔落地面造成使用人員傷亡事件,因而本研究決定引用田口方法,來調整產品的原物料,以達到產品安全性的目標。 

二、動機、目的:

衛浴設備是民生必備 用,近幾年來衛浴設備掉落破碎傷人與死亡事件在國內發生許多案例,因此本專題鎖定安全人造大理石衛浴設備之產品主題,希冀提升全體人類生活品質,讓人類活在安全而無憂慮的生活環境。 

三、研究方法:

本研究所進行的人造大理石破壞撞擊實驗,每次調升5公分的高度,一直到鐵塊撞擊人造大理石撞出碎片為止,而後記載撞擊的前一個高度資料,每種水準組合各有4個樣本。 

四、結論:

人類的行為科學有可能是千奇百怪的,洗臉盆是用來接水洗臉用的,但老年人經常壓著洗臉盆來支撐他的體重,年輕人有可能腳踩在洗臉盆上面去更換浴室的燈泡,於是乎發生了洗臉盆摔落地面碎片傷及人的動脈而死亡等事件。本研究創造了安全人造大理石的產品,耐摔高度提高率為40.90%,應能提升整體人類安全福祉。

Artificial marble products, usually include washing the face platform and all equipment of kitchen. In recent years , it causes and uses the casualties incident to often wash the face platform and drop on the ground , therefore this research determines to quote the mouth method in the field, to adjust the original supplies of the products, in order to reach the goal of the products security.  

Motivation . Purpose :

People's livelihood sanitary equipment must spare part, it is in recent years for sanitary equipment drop being the broken to it is happen a lot of case of with death incident at home to hurt one's feeling, so a special topic locks the products theme of the artificial marble sanitary equipment of the security, is it improve all human quality of the life to hope , let mankind live in safe having worried living environment.  

Methods:

The artificial marble that this research institute carries on destroys the experiment of striking, adjust and rise by 5 centimeters of height each time, until the iron one strikes artificial marble and knocks chip out , and then record last a high materials struck, each kind of level makes up and each has 4 samples.  

Conclusion:

The human behavior science is very strange probably, the washing basin is used for collecting and water-washing the face and used, but the weight that old people often support him pressing the washing basin, bulbs that the foot is stepped on to change the bathroom on washing basin probably of young people, take place washing basin drop ground chip injure artery of people as a result but death ,etc. incident. This research has created the artificial marble products of security, the improving rate is 40.90% that highly able to bear falling, should be able to improve the whole mankind's safe happiness .
