1. Motivation ¡G

The agriculture has been occupying the prominent position in the process of Taiwanese and economic development,and in addition to providing the need of the people to"food",the agricultural product also is important foundation of the second class industry(manufacturing industry,construction industry) and x-rated industry(business,servicing business) development of support on some degrees.Taiwan becomes the member nation of the WTO formally on January first in 2002,starting facing the liberalism of the trade,but thinking generally that the negative influence that the agriculture of Taiwan takes place for the liberalism of the trade is bigger.Currently the Taiwanese government responds the policy,most likely adopting the income subsidy measure,for example increase to establish"the agricultural product is imported to injure to help the fund",subsidize the loss that the farmer may suffer in order to.In fact farmer not definitely real would like to accept the protection of this kind of method.
Therefore,how builds up an efficient agricultural product to circulate the thoroughfare and trade the system,provide the farmer credibility and stabilize of sell the piping,the crops that make the farmerses produced can carry out its ppropriate value,just is respond the foreign agricultural product to bring of strong competition ability of initial counterplan.
In the agricultural product with vegetable easily under the influence of weather,also allow of no most easily to store and place with long hours,also is lower because of the unit price,cause the vegetable product is in delivering process,the cost that circulates the expenses has of the proportion of the excess fare price higher,the indirectly makes the habitat price of the vegetable with did not carry to consume the price

The purpose of this research lies in the sale thoroughfare current conditions that understands the agricultural product in the mushroom product,and inquire into the merit and shortcoming and thoroughfare of the existing thoroughfare the participant to the evaluation and future expectation of the existing thoroughfare.

1. Motive s

Since the current trend tends to be on-line shopping, a lot of business structure s are built on the internet and expands the markets. M ore generous benefits are created ; the agricultural industr y joins the network.

This research analyzes the current situation of the agricultural industry which provides on-line and door to door shipping services. A gricultural industry offer s , and carr ied out survey by the questionnaire on consumer s and seller , try to probe into the relevant problem that is worthy of serving in the agricultural residence, and propose knowing to improve the suggestion feasibly.

2. Purposes

The research purpose of this special topic is:

1. Understand ing that the agricultural residence door to door shipping is worth of serving the existing operation way and relevant problem.

2. Understand ing the consumption will that consumers are worthy of serving to the agricultural product residence and expect relevantly.

3. Understand ing through questionnaire interview and to the expectation channeling into the agricultural product residence worthy of serving in the future in the consuming type attitude of agricultural products.

4. Try ing to plan the operation way in which the feasible agricultural product residence is worthy of serving.

3. Methods

1. Data research : Collect the relevant secondary materials.

2. Questionnaire investigation: Design two different types questions between sellers and buyer , which include experience buyer and un-experience buyey.

3. Interview : One by one Interview.

4. Statistical analysis: Use statistical method to analyze all data materials.

4. Results

Via the result of interview, to products, ordering , cashing , s hipping and service in agricultural residence ,etc. according to the research, we can precisely understand how to compete an on-line order process. Hence we can plan to have some suggestions.

1. What consumers use most frequently are resources on the network at present, the proposing industry person can put center in the construction of the network , offer more intact and correct information to consumers.

2. The person who proposes future industry that mixes residence of agricultural product can cooperate with specialized industry that mixes residence person more , can not merely expand the range served , because the specialized residence can make the images of enterprises promote to match even more.

3. Advise consumers to choose to relatively have scale and good family property person with government's authentication of goodwill, in this way the service of using the agricultural product residence to mix which consumers can rest assured further , facility of enabling living .

1. Motivation

Beverages, in addition to water, are the most popular food products for the consumers. To help consumers to relive their thirst, here are so many kinds of beverages in the market, including tea and juice. How to satisfy the consumers' requirements and produce the best-quality product for consumers is becoming a more and more important issue. This is why we decide to conduct an empirical study on the quality control process analysis for soft-drink beverages. We use the Bomy Juice's Changhua Factory as example, whose juice brand has been selling for about thirty years, but now facing the challenge from other companies' products in the market

 

2. Goals

Our project is focused on the problems coming from the production processes. First, we try to find the special flavor of products which affecting the quality of the products. Second, we use the quality control tools ¡] control chart, process capability index ¡^ to find the sources of process variation. Then, we use motion and time study to find the processes' time variation. The ultimate goal is to establish a reasonable and effective way to implement the preventative / corrective actions, also for continuous improvement.

 

3. Method

(1). To conduct the flavor judge experiment.

(2). To evaluate / analyze the time of processes' motions.

(3). To evaluate / analyze the weight inspection.

 

An overall analysis for the above results were used to propose to implement the preventative / corrective actions, including continuous improvement, for Bomy Juice's Changhua Factory.

 

4. Result

From the customers' viewpoint, we conducted the flavor judgment experiment and some related analysis. We found that the trend of customers' favorite flavor, and the quality variation coming from the placed time (before distributed) after production. Also, based on the evaluation of weight inspections and the processes' motion time study, we found the beverages' production cost / quality / machine efficiency were highly related to the weight inspection and the operation method ¡] including the non-conformance product judgment ¡^ of the employees.

 

5. Conclusions and Suggestion

We suggest the Bomy Juice's Changhua Factory to implement an effective random sampling inspection and equipments calibrations, which will help to prevent the occurrence of non-conformance product. They should plan to maintain a stable quality products level to meet customer requirement, and then to extend to the stage of cost-down improvement.

Involving in the real production lines of Bomy Juice's Changhua Factory, team-members of this project applied the sampling / motion and time study / quality method into the quality operation processes. I believed they had learned more than what were got form classes, and those wonderful experiences will of great help to their future career life. However, the research depth could be extended in the future study.

A Normalized Comparison of SN Ratio Conversion vs. Gray Relevancy Conversion

1. Motivation ¡G

Over the recent years, a variable narrowing method developed by Dr. Keniichi Taguchi of Japan , known as the Taguchi Method, is used to conduct experiment planning using engineering knowledge. The theory was first developed by R.A. Fisher of the U.K. , and was initially adopted in agricultural analysis. While Dr. Keniichi Taguchi has been a leading pioneer adopting the method in the domain of industrial product engineering.

2. Object:

We first derived the Taguchi Method used in the domain of a host of industrial engineering, and through the guidance of school Professor Chang Chen-Hsien (now secretary general of the Quantification Management Association), 30 groups of samples are randomly selected. With technical support from school professor Dr. Wen Kuen-li specializing in gray relevancy (formerly director and executive director of the Gray Relevancy Association of Taiwan), gray relevancy data have been derived from these 30 sample groupings, which are then put through statistical method using the KS(Kolmogorov-Smirnov) screening method to assess which among the SN ratio, algorithm median and gray relevancy is better suited for pairing the normalized distribution that can be used later to continued with ANOVA analysis.

3. Methods:

(1) Given that one of the commonly seen Taguchi Method's straight intersection tables being the L18(21x37) table, our group has utilized this straight intersection table in thesis gathering to focus on experiment theses as the survey subjects. Furthermore, taken into account that the experiment data of factor level with one data value would render a gray relevancy conversion unfeasible, hence such type of theses are ruled out from the scope of our group's study.

(2) By utilizing school library computer equipment in after school hours, we have accessed attempt to locate nationwide doctoral and master theses through the Internet, looking through archival these from Dong Hai University Library, archival these form Fong Jia University Library, and archival theses from our school library, and gathered a total of 30 these that utilized the L18(21x37) table to conduct analysis using the Taguchi Method.

(3) Thereafter, the 30 initial median data, SN ratio and gray relevancy data of these 30 these are put through suitability analysis.

4. Results:

As concluded through a series of data conversions and assessment analyses, data derived upon undergoing the SN ratio conversion are more suited for pairing in normalized distribution, followed by the initial median data, while gray relevancy data are found less suitable for pairing in normalized distribution.

5.Conclusions and Suggestion:

As SN ratio converted data are found more suitable for pairing in normalized distribution, the process helps to produce data that are more objective and with a higher reliability when conducting quality control and quality control analysis.

1. Motivation :

The aviation systems, nowadays, have gradually become human-centered automation system. In that system, the role of the pilot has changed from traditional operator to be a monitor. Ideally, the precision of the automation system can bring the immediate information for the pilots, so the human errors can be reduced. However, the truth is the possibility for invisible, more dreadful errors is increased

2. Objects:

In order to understand those possible human errors from the aviation crew and prevent any possible accident, those errors should be investigated and analyzed to discover their cause and classifications. Besides, a qualitative model of human error s in aviation systems needs to be established to fulfill the error-prevention tasks.

3. Methods:

First of all, this research will review literature on human errors of aviation systems. Four types of human errors will be focused: mistakes, slips, lapses and mode errors. Furthermore, human information-processing modes will be analyzed. There are three stages for human decision-making: cue sampling, situation awareness and choice action. These three stages will be discussed according to their information-processing levels and their interaction. Thirdly, based on the information gathered from Flight Operation Quality Assurance (FOQA) in a big airline in Taiwan , each abnormal event during each flight will be discussed and examined. Finally, after the examination and classification of human errors, a qualitative model of human errors in aviation systems will be established.

4. Results:

From the qualitative model of human errors in aviation systems, we understand that human errors of the aviation crew can be classified to different levels and can happen during different decision-making stages.

5. Conclusions and Suggestions:

Therefore, this study can provide prevention mechanism based on various decision-making stages and their operation levels in order to prevent aviation accidents and to enhance flight safety.

•  Motivation:

Since our country joined WTO in 2002, the deer-raising industry suffered quite impact and the globalization makes the market become the competition between the cost and quality. This project is applied to the deer-raising industry in order to reduce the impact after joining the WTO and to maintain the advantage of this industry with BPR (Business Process Reengineering).

•  Objectives:

1. Discuss the procedure of the deer husbandry and propose the improved procedures.

2. Put forward the analysis of different views for the performance of the deer-raising industry.

3. Establish the procedure of the deer-raising industry.

3. Methods:

This project is finished through visiting the real deer-raising farm, and the procedure analysis, performance of management, predictions, and linear programming are utilized.

 

4. Results:

1. Analyze the procedure of the work in every day and in every season.

2. De er Velvet occupies the biggest proportion of the income and the basic equipment is the most expenditure.

3. The raising scale of the ranch is determined through the forecast of the market.

5.Conclusions and Suggestion:

1. Purchase the automatic water-supply system in order to reduce the work time of every day.

2. Install the specific door, which drives away the deer to improve the security and reduce manpower.

3. Adopt Yang's illumination method to improve the output of the deer velvet and to reduce the deer estrous time.

4. Change the management type of the ranch and sell different products to bring more incomes.

•  Study motivation:

In order to understand the difference between the theory and actual operation of the material management, we choice the Chou-Chin Industrial Company as a major target to study. We hope to have a meeting with the managers of company to discuss the operation of material management. From the data collection we get, the comparison between the description on the textbook and the actual experience from the company has to be done. The procurement, storage, and requirement plan of material have to be analyzed for the management tasks.

•  Study purpose:

To improve the management system of the material , the hope of lowering costs, and getting rid of all unnecessary waste are the main purposes in this study. In the course of analysing entirely, besides going to the factory to understand its current regulations actually, there still can compare its effect to the theories taught in the current operation method and course in the factory. We can obtain knowledge beyond the classroom from it.

•  Study approach:

For the entire structure of material management, the relevant knowledge from the documents or material management textbook needs to be collected. At the same time, a visit to the Chou-Chin company will present us an actual operation of production of Bomy juice . From the comparison between the theory study and the actual operation, we hope that some suggestions will be mentioned to Chou-Chin Company.

•  Result of study:

•  The demand estimated in advance and real materials must be different to some extent. How to reduce the difference and to reduce the stock, it must be reducible the fund accumulated. So the Chou-Chin Company is taking the way in which the material that adopts tomorrow are purchased today goes on.

•  The method of material management in the Chou-Chin Company is interdependent demand. The beverage has the pot-life, and it needs to be too impermanent to addle. So, the way to adopt is first-in first-out.

•  Chou-Chin Company is fully utilize the information syst em . Depended on BOM which based on MRP, it carries on the relevant purchasement , and production plan, etc.

•  Preserving in manufactured goods is different from way of storing of the original supplies, the manufactured goods are stored with the automatic storage system which controlled by the computer .

•  Conclusion and suggestion:

•  Material requirement plan(MRP):

The Chou-Chin Industrial Company's MRP only controls one kind of manufacture resource of material. We propose that the Chou-Chin Industrial Company can make use of existing MRP infrastructure to maintain and produce on-line operation. The system can also use enterprise resources planning (ERP) to operate more resources of material.

•  Purchasement:

•  To establish an unit in unison externally, it is responsible for the management of purchasing and filing. It avoids purchasing resources repeatedly among the departments wastes.

•  For the purchase cost management, a prediction of material requiremnet for the production and a contract to the supplies have to be arranged in advance. It comes to ensure that the supplies are steady in the resources.

•  Storage , inspecting receiving:

•  In accordance with the raw materials kind characteristic, those material must classified and piled up. In the warehouse, the plan form which put article store in order has to be set .

•  The maintenance personal must be passed strict training, and through the relevant examination, in order to reach the standard grade to deal with .

I. Motives

Ding Chu Precision Machinery Co., Ltd. started off on using conventional machine to manufacture certain parts, and later applied high-tech to produce precision components, a classic class of manufacturing technology upgrade. In spite of such effort, in a relentlessly competitive economy oriented society, effective management of material and production can still pull certain weight in determining a production facility's survival. In the case of Ding Chu Precision Machinery Co., Ltd., scrutiny of its production flow and material management remains useful in contributing towards the success of the business and the issue of productivity to optimal value.

 

II. Goals

The study intends to analyze the case in question in its management of the production flow, the control mechanism and the management of material inventory to propose tangible suggestion for improvement.

 

III. Methodology

Analysis of the actual procedural flow is conducted via field visits and interviews together with study of relevant literature, and then employs theories on industrial engineering and management.

 

IV. Results

On the problems established via field investigation, certain suggestions and improvement solutions have been proposed, and in palpable measure some new forms and procedural charts have been made for the case operation's reference. In terms of record keeping, addressing the case study's specific needs it is partially digitalized for expediency in access and manpower saving. Whereas for data analysis, the original documents in handwriting has been duly categorized, bound and stored in a systematic manner; the originals duplicated to preserve the information in case of computer crash or virus attack. Additionally daily operation data is periodically analyzed. For the warehousing, inventory has been digitally engineered for computer management, and inventory taking to be carried out twice a year. Towards 5S an evaluation form is made for the boss's monthly approval, and subsequently filed for record. Gant chart and daily production report are designed, and by which production progress is arranged to assess its efficacy of on-time delivery.

 

V. Conclusion and Suggestions

This feature study aims at investigating the fundamentals to manufacturing: material supply and management is certainly the most visible. The forms and procedural charts designed are proposed for consideration. Meanwhile notwithstanding digital management being irrefutably essential to business survival, yet the human factor is what dictates boom and bust, especially evident in production process. Humans with the infinite power of freewill are certainly the most elusive among the elements concerning production process. The design of Gant chart and the implementation of daily production reporting system provide tangible watch of meeting delivery dates. Evolving from the study the focus of research lies with the issue of attaining optimal economic value in material procurement and in allotting every purchase order in the production, the answer to which is the very solution to achieving optimal factory productivity.

VI. Comments from Instructor:

From field understanding of conventional manufacturing industry's material and production management, feasible suggestions toward improvement are duly made, which in practice proves partially effective, thus beneficial to both the case study operation and to the on-hand perusal of material and production management.

1. Motivation¡G
The aeronautical industry is the industrial development guide post of a country for the whole world. Although our government has pushed the industry promotion over ten years, only few companies can transfer to aeronautical industry successfully. The main reason is the manufacturers think the standard of aircraft certification is too high. They do not want to invest money in quality system improvement to get production certificate. They just can be the supplier of foreigner aircraft manufacturer to earn little labor fee. They are also restricted by the manufacturer, can not explore the market by themselves. The purpose of this research is to break this superstition. Let people know that it is not so hard as they think to get aeronautical quality system certificate.. Now a lot of manufacturers set up a complete quality system assisted by the consultant company to get ISO 9000 certificate for export requirement. This research takes ISO 9000 quality system as a base and finds the different requirements with ACSEP (Aircraft Certification System Evaluation Program) quality system. It makes us to understand that the manufacturers of ISO 9000 certificate only need few efforts to get ACSEP certificate.

2. Object:
The goal of this project is to make people to understand that the manufacturers of ISO 9000 certificate only need few efforts to get ACSEP certificate.

3. Methods:
1. Discuss the difference between the requirements of ISO and ACSEP quality system.
2. The requirements must be compliance to get ASCEP certificate.

4. Results:
Through this research , we can find that the requirements of ACSEP quality system is over 80% similar with those of ISO 9000 quality system. The manufacturers only take few efforts , they can get the ACSEP certificate easily.

5.Conclusions and Suggestion:
To develop Taiwanese aeronautical industry, we should encourage the manufactures gotten ISO 9000 certificate to apply ACSEP certification. They can take ISO 9000 quality system as a base and strengthen the special requirements of ACSEP quality system, then set up a complete after-sale service and problem report system. They can get the ACSEP certificate easily.

This project takes an industrial practicum as a topic.? By means of actual observation of the certification process, students are able to experience the importance of aeronautical quality system, and consequently are able to apply what they have learned in quality management to actual practice and set up a complete quality system..

1. Motivation¡@¡@
It¡¦s well-known that an ISO Quality Management System (QMS) will be of great help to business¡¦s product/service quality. In order to know the processes in establishing an ISO QMS for an organization. This project aims to establish an ISO 9001:2000 QMS for Extension Education and Training Center (EETC) of Chienkuo Technology University (CTU).

2. Purpose
Taking such case as a ¡§School-Corporate Cooperation¡¨ project, this project tried to establish an ISO 9001:2000 QMS for Extension Education and Training Center (EETC) of Chienkuo Technology University (CTU). The output of this project could be taken as the reference material for related courses, such as Quality Management.

3. Method
1. To understand EETC¡¦s organization structure and operation processes.
2. To understand requirement of ISO 9001:2000 Quality Management System.
3. To establish an ISO 9001:2000 QMS for Extension Education and Training Center (EETC) of Chienkuo Technology University (CTU).

4. Result
(1). Quality Manual (QM) and related 32 Departmental Procedures (DP) were established for the QMS, to ensure EETC¡¦s service quality.
(2). Above QM and DP¡¦s were taken as the reference material for related courses, such as Quality Management.

5. Conclusion and Suggestion
(1). In accordance with the design spirit of ISO-9001:2000 QMS and TQM, this project established a QMS for Extension Education and Training Center (EETC) of Chienkuo Technology University (CTU). Those QM and DP¡¦s could be used as guides for all schools which want to establish their own QMS.

(2). Thiose QM and DP¡¦ QMS could help EETC¡¦s application for ISO 9001:2000 certification.
(3). When introducing an ISO QMS ( with QM and DP¡¦s), it¡¦s? important to combine the Business Process Reengineering ( BPR). This is a TQM-integrated model for ISO QMS establishment.

1. Motivation :
Owing to the globalization of economic developments, the air transportation is increasingly vigorously.? Meanwhile, the safety of air flying is laid more emphasis on this issue.? In order to ensure the high quality of aircraft manufactures, the manipulator should execute the instructions step by step according to the procedural manuals, and examine the rules with care.? Therefore, the quality of writing and editing the procedural manuals becomes the major factor for air flying based on this argument.????

2. Objects:
This research is to evaluate the writing and editing quality of procedural manuals for aircraft manufactures proposed by Chung-Shan Institute of Science and Technology.

3. Methods:
This research project is base on the theory of evaluation performance matrix.? Two major strategies are applied to evaluate the writing and editing quality of procedural manuals. The first one is the level of satisfaction for the manipulator during the process of reading procedural manuals.? The second one is the level of safety consideration during the applications of procedural manuals.? Moreover, six variability of improvement flowchart, DMAIC (define, measure, analyze, improve, control) is also used to analyze the occurrences of inappropriate sentences, and lower the chances of their occurrences.

4. Results:
We are going to analyze and propose further discussions on the writing and editing quality of procedural manuals which contain the following 2 weaknesses : the overemphasis on the flying safety, and the low satisfaction of manipulative descriptions.? We¡¦ll positively search for the occurrences of inappropriate sentences, and give the comments for improving the writing quality.

5. Conclusions and Suggestions:
This project is designed to search for the occurrences of inappropriate sentences and better improvement of the quality during the process of writing.? We highly expect that the identity differences among designers, editors, and manipulators can be shortened to a certain degree in order to lower the cost of organizing structures, tests, and verifications.? In addition, the amount of hours for doing this research can be minimized to ensure the quality and reliability of aircraft maintenance.??????

6. Advisors¡¦ Comment:
This research project leads us to enhance the writing and editing quality of procedural manurals for aircraft manufactures at the proper time.? It means that we are possible to lower the numbers of inappropriate sentences under the following conditions: to satisfy the needs of manipulator¡¦s requests , and to lay the emphasis on the importance of safety consideration during the process of executing procedural manuals.? Furthermore, the six variability of DMAIC improvement flowchart is? also used to improve the steps of applying procedural manuals, search for the occurrences of inappropriate sentences, regulate the improvement strategies, and? propose the effective comments for enhancing the writing quality of procedural manuals.?????

2. Object:

  1. Understand the manufacturing process of the hand tool, Putting forward the scene improves the suggestion.
  2. The cost that understands the product estimates with the method of the establishment price.
  3. Understanding ergonomics the application in hand tool, include the product design and the scene application, the analytical current conditions also put forward improving the project.

3. Methods:
(1)? The operation procedure and procedure analysis that small scaled tree branch scissors.

4. Results:

In addition, need to attain the production optimization towards producing the scheduling to do the improvement and making the work procedure with.

1. Motivation¡G

The best production control and quality management are the common goal for every manufacturer, they also relate to the operation mode of manufacturer. Everyone hopes to use less cost to produce the best benefit. This study takes ¡¥Pony Leather corp¡¦ as an example, to probe their production and quality management in following aspects:
(1) To understand leather factory manufacturing process planning.
(2) To understand the efficiency of quality management.

2. Object:
Via this study, we can use the knowledge of production and quality management intensively, and propose some comment to improve Pony Leather Corp¡¦s production management and quality system.

3. Methods:
It takes Pony Leather Corp. as an object to conduct this study by using the knowledge of production and quality management. It also does analysis and proposes improvement by the Pareto Chart and fishbone Diagram.

4. Results:
This study emphasizes on improving production quality and reducing fail rate, and utilizing the production line more efficiency to increase the market competition of leather product.

5.Conclusions and Suggestion:
The contribution of this study is the factory can use the result analyzed by fishbone diagram to improve their production and quality management.

6. Advisor¡¦s comment:
The traditional industry under the market and cost pressure increases their operational difficulty. The member of team works hard to find the production and quality management problems of leather manufacturing process, and proposes improving suggestions. It satisfies our goal of the practical topic in industrial engineering.

1.Motivation¡G

The improvement of technology and the mobility of information are the key factors of economic consistent growth. The newer computer technology was applied in enterprise's business management, it existed from production to customer's satisfaction. Especially in the present market competition, CRM, has become an important subject to the enterprise.

2. Object¡G
(1) Using the analysis of ABC to separate the customer's level, and to analyze their information status.
(2) To understand the company's present management of CRM.
(3) Focus on the company's problems to provide suggestion and method, about CRM.

3. Methods¡G
This study utilized the case study and ABC analysis to explore the problems of CRM.

4. Results¡G
This study is based on the case of Yung-Ming Corporation. This company did not have a good way in customer management at present time. The application of CRM is necessary for maintaining it¡¦s advantage in market.

5.Conclusions and Suggestion¡G
If Yung-Ming Corporation. can establish a good CRM system it is helpful to increase the customer's value, to win the customer`s trust, and to attract more new customers. Then will stand out company to come to the fore in the intense competitive market. As well as create the company's unique competitive advantage.

1. Motivation¡G

The invention of internet is not only to set up a speedy trade system, reduce production cost, promote competition, increase efficiency, but also build a life learning education system through internet environment. Using information technology, the enterprise can train their employees by different way. It can compensate the limitation of the traditional education method, also reduce time-spend, cost of the field and teachers. The new era learning and training way is network training (e-training).

2. Object:
The goal of this project is:
1. studying the content and model of enterprise e-training course.
2. the way for a enterprise to acquire the e-training knowledge.
3. proposing a e-training course design structure, content and suggestion for AIDC

3. Methods:
1. Discuss the design of a e-training course for an enterprise.
2. Study how to acquire the e-training knowledge, including the expressing method and content, and the analysis of an organizational result.
3. Built a e-training structure, including requirement analysis, proposed structure and the noticing items.
4. Propose a study result as the course design reference for the enterprise introducing e-training.

4. Results:
The e-training is just another learning channel, it can not substitute the traditional class education. It has some advantages which the traditional education can not reach. It also has some disadvantages in learning. Therefore, we compensate two training system, it can provide a more efficient and convenient education training. The combination of two training system has following advantages: 1. reducing the cost of resource, 2. increasing the flexibility and completeness of learning, 3. reducing the knowledge difference between the students, 4. saving the teaching time for basic theory.?

5.Conclusions and Suggestion:
To make e-training successful, the enterprise provides the training course for their employee, he also take some adaptable measurements. It includes the coordination with the personnel system, the
function to guide post-class discussion, the tracking of post-class, and the encouraging system of learning.

This project takes an industrial practicum as a topic.? By means of actual observation of the training activities, students are able to experience the characteristics of e-training, and consequently are able to apply what they have learned in network management to actual practice and set up a complete e-training system..
