一、簡介:

基於「品質」是行銷的最佳基礎,本小組以法拉利衛浴精品有限公司自有品牌產品為研究對象,擬運用「台灣精品」之名號協助產品活躍於國際市場。探討企業參加台灣精品獎之申請流程與文件之撰寫,旨在建立參賽之標準文件範本,使有意參與精品獎之選拔公司得以快速入手並增加獲獎機率。

二、動機:

由經濟部所主辦的「臺灣精品獎」是臺灣企業對於自身之企業形象與產品品質的重要衡量指標,本專題希望藉此將水五金產業用「臺灣精品獎」產品行銷後盾,由MIT的形象帶動台灣的產品形象。

三、目的:

探討企業參加台灣精品獎之申請流程與文件之撰寫,旨在建立參賽之標準文件範本,使有意參與精品獎之選拔公司得以快速入手並增加獲獎機率。

四、特色:

於本專題中,本小組將產品的五項評審要項,依循其所需格式及規定以條列式完成,使有意參與精品獎之選拔公司得以快速入手並增加獲獎機率。。

五、研究方法:

確立研究目標後,接下是文獻蒐集探討,然後是目標企業訪談,之後撰寫申請報告。 

六、結論:

了解臺灣精品獎參賽流程、文件撰寫與時間管理工具之應用,並從「研發」、「設計」、「品質」、「行銷」與「臺灣產製」五大面向了解到一項產品背後所隱藏的資源應用,而其中研發、設計、品質、行銷,這四大項正是支撐一件產品成功與否的關鍵。

1. Introduction:

To discuss the application processes and related documents for the "Taiwan Excellence Award", in order to help those companies who are interested to apply for Taiwan Excellence Award. 

2. Motivation:

Nowadays, "Made in Taiwan" has become a world-wide high quality symbol. Therefore, the "Taiwan Excellence Award", hold by Bureau of Foreign Trade has become an important index of an enterprise on measuring their own brand image and products quality. So we tried to discuss the application processes and related documents for the "Taiwan Excellence Award".

3. Purpose:

During the project, we took Falali Bath Boutlque Company’s product as research target, our project attempted to discuss the application process and preparation of documents for Taiwan Excellence Award. The main purpose was to find a reference application sample, in order to help those companies who are interested to apply for Taiwan Excellence Award.  

4. Significance:

In this project, we prepared needed documents according the application regulations for Taiwan Excellence Award. Those reference documents will be helpful to those companies who are interested to apply for Taiwan Excellence Award.  

5. Methods:

AAfter reviewing the application process and needed documents for Taiwan Excellence Award. We conducted on-site company discussion and documents preparation. Then a proposal for that award was finished and ready to be sent for the award committee.

6. Conclusion:

Resulting from the project, we realized the application process and needed documents for Taiwan Excellence Award. And found the five aspects of such an award were: Research/Development, Design, Quality, Marketing and Made-Un-Taiwan. Our project can be helpful to those companies who want to apply the  "Taiwan Excellence Award".

針對明業企業社探討七大浪費與5S之運用,尋找出個案公司內部的問題。 

二、動機:

(一)傳統產業漸漸被自動化取代,減少時間與人力的浪費是為了能讓工廠的生產動線流暢。

(二)避免不當的搬運、動線阻塞,因此實施精實生產中的七大浪費是不可忽視的重點。 

三、目的:

以減少不良的安排所造成的浪費與潛在的危險,使得生產流暢進而提升效率降低成本,增加利潤。 

四、特色:

能有效的改善搬運的浪費,增加倉庫空間使用率與環境整潔。 

五、研究方法:

首先了解所有相關5S與七大浪費的各項知識,再進行分析,並收集工廠內相關的資料。

隨著時代的進步,3D列印的應用越來越廣泛,從傳統的工業到醫療業、食品業、航太業都有3D列印的蹤跡。本專題研究成果顯示,建模工具包括掃描器與電腦繪圖軟體,及3D列印機的整合,產品由構想到具體成形的自動化設計、與驗證達到縮短產品開發過程的效益。 

二、動機:

1.工業界近年來最熱門的話題,就屬3D列印最具代表性。

2.在工業革命的時代,3D列印趨勢逐漸成熟。

This study is standing on a user's view to the use of 3D modeling, 3D scanners and 3D printing machine.This study reveals that modeling tools including scanner and computer aided graphics software and 3D printing machines, automated product design from concept to real model, and verification to shorten the product development process.

實驗參數改善產品品質之研究-以勝谷實業股份有限公司為例

一、簡介:

我們所研究的S632高枝剪,專題公司發現會有刀片開口合不攏及鉚接處的鉚釘無法鎖緊的問題,專題公司進一步的發現為刀片曲翹的問題所致,因此決定尋求老師的幫助。著手找出解決刀片曲翹的問題。 

二、動機:

專題公司發現S632高枝剪組裝後會有開口合不攏之問題,而影響美觀及會被廠商退貨,因此專題公司決定尋找改善方案。  

三、目的:

尋找S632高枝剪最佳熱處理條件,進而提供相關的改善與建議,維持產品的品質。 

四、特色:

我們的專題與之前他人所做的專題不同之處,首先利用工管的方法將產品進行分析以找出改善之處,之後再用統計的手法計算出最加的方法。 

五、研究方法:

經小量實驗數據評估後,以60支刀片為一組,共14組840支刀片,分別採取不同的絲向、擺放方式、落下方式等等去進行熱處理,之後記錄並量測熱處理前後刀尖中心位置之差異,再運用統計之手法結論出該採用何種方式進行熱處理,可以得到偏移量最小之刀片,以供研究對象參考之。 

六、結論:

(一)、刀片與板材絲向角度小,偏移量會比較小。

(二)、建議將模具往反向偏,即往左偏1.45mm,良率約可提高5%。

(三)、刀片採沖壓方式成型,不必多花錢以雷射切割,因為兩者無差異。

(四)、熱處理前不必額外多做一次退火,因為結果顯示偏移量反而較大。

(五)、實驗顯示採取獨立不重疊、兩兩重疊,或前後疊的偏移無明顯差異。

(六)、熱處理前,刀片的排列角度,讓刀片墜落時的角度以刀身中間下墜結果最佳,刀頭往下次之,刀尾往下最差。

4. Significance:

The different from the special feature done by previous others of our special feature, make use of the method of work tube to carry on a product first analysis with find out the improvement, computing to add most with the statistical skill again after of method.

5. Methods:

After the small quantity experiment data evaluate, take 60 blades as 1 set, total 14 sets of 840 blades, adopt the different silk respectively to, put the mode and fall the mode etc. to carry on the heat treatment, after recording and discrepancy of the measurement location in the point of a knife center in the front and back of the heat treatment, make use of the skill conclusion of statistics again out the adoption what mode carry on the heat treatment, can get the knife blade of amount of misregistration least to be provided for research object to make reference to it. 

6. Conclusion:

(1)     Blade and board material silk to angle small, the amount of misregistration will be smaller.

(2)     Suggest the molding tool is partial to toward reverse direction, then go toward left be partial to a 1.45 mms, the good rate can raise 5% around.

(3)     The knife blade adopts to wash to press the mode to model, don't need to spend more money to incise by laser, because both make no difference.

(4)     Heat treatment ex- don't need to additionally do one more to back the fire, because result display the misregistration measure on the contrary bigger.

(5)     The experiment displays to adopt the independence not layer after layer, 22 overlap, or the misregistration of front and back overlay is without the obvious discrepancy.

(6)     Alignment angle of knife blade before the heat treatment, , let the angle that the knife blade sinks into to in the center crash down the result by knife body the best, knife head downwards time it, knife tail Downwards the worst.

本專題是與健銘塑膠股份有限公司進行合作,根據實際去走訪觀察,發現個案的作業環境雜亂,缺乏最主要的環境控管措施,導致影響其他環節的生產作業進行,因此導入「5S」的目視管理與現場合理化的部份並予以改善。

二、動機:

因為公司負責人發現工廠因為規模較小,缺乏訂定一個明確的制度化,導致出現許多會拖累工廠效益的問題產生,於是跟本小組進行討論探討制度問題。

三、目的:

從日本傳來的5S分別為整理、整頓、清掃、清潔、素養為主要的重點,按照這些特點進行有效的管理再融入健銘塑膠股份有限公司的問題來進行改善,以減少不必要的浪費。

四、特色:

公司是家族企業,憑藉家族成員之間特有的血緣、親緣、地緣關係和相關的社會資源建起一個強烈而全面的信任關係。

五、研究方法:

透過文獻的探討並與工廠負責人分析與討論過後,依照問題設計出完整的改善措施,並且比較出工廠執行前後的差異,提供負責人做為參考,期望個案工廠未來能夠改善現有的缺點,更能創造更多效益,使公司提升到最佳狀態。

This study is incorporated with Kin Ming Plastic Co. According to worksite visiting and observation, the team found the work environment in mess condition and the lack of the most important environmental control measurement. It made the effect of the production process. That is the reason why to introduce "5S" in worksite management and improve on-site rationalization part.

2. Motivation:

The president found the size of his company is too small and its management is not institutionalized. It will conduct many problems to drag the manufacture efficiency. The president discussed the institutional problems with the team.

5S come from Japan and focused on Seiri, Seiton, Seiso, Seiketsu, Shitsuke. It followed the principles of 5S to conduct the effective management, then according to the issues of this company to propose improvement to reduce unnecessary waste.

This company is a family enterprise. It can be established a strong and full trust relationship depended on blood, marriage, region relationship and other social resource between the employees.

5. Methods:

After referring through literature and discussing with the manager, it proposed a complete improvement measures in accordance with the issues and compared the differences between the plant situations before and after the execution. The result provided the manager as a reference. This study expected this company can improve existing shortcomings, and create more benefit. It will promote the company to the best status.

衛浴五金DIY維修平台建置之研究

透過網路平台和流程導向引導,提昇服務品質與增加消費者的滿意度,透過問題導向的引導,瞭解衛浴設備問題所在,達到讓消費者可自行在家 DIY 維修衛浴五金設備之目的。

二、動機:

(一)現在DIY維修因為資訊不足及沒有維修經驗導致花費大量時間卻無法確實將問題解決。

(二)水電師傅到府維修成本日益增加,而且部分家庭對於陌生人進入家中有安全疑慮。

三、目的:

提供消費者一個涵蓋更換零件判斷及購買及維修方式教學的平台,讓消費者花費少量的金錢就能自行維修水龍頭,並且累積自行DIY維修的經驗與興趣。

四、特色:

(1) 平台提供如何判別問題、維修方式、量測零組件的簡單指引,協助使用者進行DIY維修。

(2) 各廠牌水龍頭及零組件購買平台。

五、研究方法:

經由問卷調查方式取得數據資料,了解現在消費者衛浴設備維修消費的動機,進而觀察之後的消費行為和維修意願使用認知。再透過訪談及實際調查,整合DIY維修平台相關決策資訊。

(1) 透過整合性的網路平台,期許提昇服務品質與消費者的使用滿意度。

(2) 消費者透過問題導向的引導,瞭解衛浴設備實際問題之所在。

金屬加工廠之現場排程軟體應用之研究- 以金全益股份有限公司為例

 一、簡介:

利用Asprova現場排程軟體來改善工廠排程規劃,提升工作效率,減少沒有附加價值的成本,使訂單準時交貨來提升客戶對金全益螺絲廠的信賴度,除此之外也能減少公司的各項支出。

二、動機:

人工排程不僅繁瑣,且效益不彰,容易失誤,可能造成存貨過多,致使存貨成本增加。如果可以從接到訂單開始,盡可能地排除沒有附加價值的成本,便能使工廠能事半功倍,省去製程中不必要的時間消耗。

三、目的:

本小組以「金全益股份有限公司」為對象,期望藉由這家公司來了解排程的問題,找出工廠所存在的缺失及浪費,再針對問題加以提出訂單流程的改善方案,並對公司所面臨的種種問題加以研究,目的是縮短完工與交貨日期間之差距,以期能達到降低庫存的效果。

四、特色:

運用於日本企業第一使用率的Asprova軟體與在台企業較常使用的ERP或者人工排程的Excel軟體進行比較,使其展現出優異的排程效果進而改善工廠的生產效率。

先是確立研究目標,接下來是蒐集相關資料,在探討問題後擬定改善計畫,之後便撰寫報告,最後是結果彙總。

本小組運用Asprova現場排程軟體,對公司的排程問題進行研究,發現使用後能夠確實掌握工作進度,相較於以往只運用Excel與公司經驗下去作人工排程,確實改善了公司的缺點問題,降低了人力的耗損,也改善了工作效能,提升工廠的經營績效。

這間工廠剛擴廠完,所以內部的5S部分沒有很完善,造成了許多的時間浪費、資源浪費、空間浪費,我們盡學校所學來改善工廠,推行5S運動成功的關鍵在利用活動讓公司全體員工產生共識,所有員工都要踏實、有恆的持續改善,為公司內容多做SOP,各相關職能部門應首先將相應的流程分析出來,然後根據流程分析表做出相應的子流程表,並依據每一子流程做出相應的程式。

影響效率的通常是現場的搬運浪費與動作上的浪費這幾種,本小組以探討研究其缺失以幫助改善,進而優化現場的效率。

三、目的:

本次研究目的以個案公司改善其製造流程與製造浪費,運用5S及七大浪費的方法進而改善其缺點。

運用七大浪費做局部的改善,再使用5S來進行全面改善。

五、研究方法:

Using seven wastes to improve partial problems in Taten company then using the 5 S management to develop the entire problems in Taten company. 

5. Methods:

The first step is to find the study target of our team then find out the target company’s problems. Second, starting gather target company’s problems after propose the study aim of our team. After find out currently problems, we will provide recommendations and suggestions to the company.

1.To develop a better, easier and smoother moving circulation to reduce the moving distances and wastes.

2. For reducing the defective rate, we used the QC to analyze the main reasons of defects and provide suggestions.

物料管理之探討-以立旺公司為例

 一、簡介: 

本研究以自行車車體生產流程為例,利用物管進行分析並改善,以ABC分析法找出物料採買、檢驗及保存之問題。並發現物料盤點不確實,造成採買數量錯誤。以及物料庫存未盤點導致呆料過多。和物料訂製Lead Time太久,造成現場排程生產時間延遲等問題。

過程中本小組以庫存物品的品種和占用資金的多寡來進行ABC分析,再用完成ABC分析之物料表來對倉庫做分類、訂出盤點時間並用庫存卡紀錄、利用特性要因圖找出呆料發生之原因、以甘特圖分析出Lead Time問題;從產品組裝所需之物料的探討與改善,以找出問題點之改善方法。來解決產品生產流程之問題,使公司之產品生產流程能更有效率的運作,以達到減少空間、時間及人力消耗等資源之浪費,進而提升產品交期與降低生產延遲。 

二、動機:

立旺公司所生產的折疊自行車在歐洲市場已經打出了名號,受到外界各方好評;本小組也想藉機在此工廠中了解自行車之生產過程,能夠更進一步的了解生產過程跟生產時會遇上的問題以及如何改善。

三、目的:

本小組研究目的在於瞭解自行車的生產過程,以協助自行車產業改善生產過程的方法。為達上述目的,本小組研究擬以自行車產業的一家廠商作為研究對象;在這自行車產業中所需組裝零件眾多,本小組以ABC分析法管理自行車零件,並藉由此次專題探討研究改善其問題點。

 1. Introduction:

This study takes the production schedule of bicycle frames as example and analyzes the materials management in ABC Analysis to search out the issues of materials purchases, inspection and stock and further to make the improvement. The issues are including the incorrect stock counting, making the wrong purchases, the stock is not promptly counted, excess stock and the long lead time makes the production schedule delay.

This study adopts the variety of the stock items and the percentages of the capital that the stock is by the ABC Analysis. Further to classify the stock by using the stock table from the ABC Analysis and to set up the time of stock taking. To search out the reason of causing the excess stocking by Causes & Effects Chart and to analyze the issues of the lead time by Gantt chart. To find out and discuss the improvement from the materials in the product assembling. This study aims to solve the problems of the production schedules and to make an effective operation and reduce the waste of space, time and human resources; finally to improve the lead time of production and avoid the delay of the schedules.

2. Motivation:

LIWANG company produces folding bike in the European market have played a name, praised by outside parties; this group would also like to take the opportunity to understand the production process in this factory bike, it is possible to further understanding of the encounter with the production of the production process on the issue and how to improve.

3. Purpose:

The research team aims to understand the bike production process, in order to assist the bicycle industry ways to improve the production process. To achieve the above object, the present study is intended to group a bicycle industry manufacturers as research subjects; number of parts required to assemble in the bicycle industry, the present management team for ABC analysis bicycle parts, and by the special discussion research to improve its Problems.

台灣的傳統機械加工公司有很多,在這麼競爭的市場上如何提升自己的競爭力是一個很大的課題,經由參訪後發現金興企業社並沒有一套完善的排程系統,因此本小組決定針對這個問題利用Asprova現場排程軟體來改善工廠排程規劃提升整體工作效率,讓他們不再需要依靠老闆的經驗去判斷處理訂單的問題,能更準確地在交期時間交貨、減少員工加班時間、減少沒有附加價值的成本,這樣一來不僅能留住客戶還能接收更多的訂單來替公司賺進更多的錢,而因為能準時交貨,所以能提升客戶對金興企業社的信賴度,除此之外也能減少公司的各項支出。 

二、動機:

隨著自動化產業的發達,傳統產業必漸漸受到考驗,也相對沒落,而金興企業社正是在這樣環境下的典型傳統產業,因此期望藉由本小組的研究來改善傳統產業的弱勢,並提升其競爭力。

此研究報告替企業進行SWOT分析及提出USED;因為工廠規模不大,有很多制度是沒有建立的,因此本小組以不影響該公司正常運作為原則下,協助公司執行5S運動且工廠沒有一套標準作業程序,因此本小組協助企業撰寫了一套標準作業程序的範本。

二、動機:

為了使公司能夠有更多獲利,先透過SWOT進行分析與改善,同時加強5S(整理、整頓、清掃、清潔、修身)及有效的員工管理,以及幫他們撰寫SOP使公司的工作流程能夠進行得更順利。

三、目的:

面對企業之間的競爭,如何讓公司維持在一定的獲利水平,必須擁有好的作業流程以及適當的工廠管理制度。
