應用TRIZ原則於自行車停車架研發

 一、簡介: 

本專題為了解決各種不同尺寸輪距的自行車停放於停車架時的便利性,運用TRIZ創新、電腦輔助設計、機械製造等相關方面的知識,設計出可停放不同尺寸之自行車車架。

二、動機:

市售的自行車都有腳架來停車,高性能自行車為了減輕重量和美觀會把腳架給省略,導致自行車無法像一般自行車一樣可以用腳架來停車,自行車停車架就是這樣衍生出來,所以本小組運用所學來改良自行車停車架來滿足市場跟消費者的需求。

三、目的:

     本專題所設計之自行車架可達到下列功能:

一、多功能:可以適用不同尺寸輪距之自行車停放。

二、方便性:自行車停車架是可攜式,帶在車上也不會佔很大的空間。

三、強固性:自行車停車架本身要能承受住自行車的重量,並且能在地面上保持穩固。

四、耐久性:產品本身材質是鐵材堅固耐用,並且表面有烤漆處理,外觀不易鏽蝕。

四、特色:

本小組使用TRIZ的矛盾矩陣來改善創新昱州興業股份有限公司的腳踏車架,並使用SWOT分析來進行市場評估。

五、研究方法:

本研究是先由TRIZ的分析方法確認現有設計是否符合方便性,提出現有產品之設計問題。再導入TRIZ矛盾矩陣表,得到工程參數後,再以40發明原則開始創意發想,讓新產品之設計能改善問題並結合創新,設計出能將26、27、28和29吋等不同尺寸輪胎的腳踏車停放於同一個停車架的新產品,

六、結論:

本小組將市面上固定尺寸的自行車停車架轉變為多種尺寸的功能,除了在輪軸尺寸方面變成多樣之外,外型上做了幾種樣式,隨著樣式的不同使用方式也不太一樣,讓其使用範圍增廣也讓消費者不用花多餘的金錢來購買其他尺寸的自行車架,所以我們用創新角度來吸引顧客的目光,進而讓顧客覺得滿意,這才是本專題小組的最終的目標。

 The Study of Applying TRIZ Principles to Design Display-Stands of Bicycle

1. Introduction:

In order to solve the convenience of parking stand for different gauge sizes of the bicycle, this study utilizes the knowledge of TRIZ innovation, computer aided design and machine manufacture to design a new bicycle stand met this requirement.

2. Motivation:

The general bicycle has the foot rest for parking. In order to reduce the weight and have a beautiful shape. some high performance bicycle canceled the foot rest. It caused this bicycle to be parked by the foot rest, and the requirement of the bicycle jiffy stand is growing. This study try to improve the bicycle jiffy stand to satisfy the consumer's demand in the market.

3. Purpose:

The new design included following functions:

1. Versatile: It can park different gauge sizes of bicycle.

2. Convenience: The bicycle jiffy stand is easy to carry, and not to occupy much space.

3. Rigidity: It can withstand the weight of the bicycle, and can maintain stably in the ground.

4.Durability: The material of product is the durable alloy. The surface has baking varnish processing to prevent the rust.

4. Significance:

This study used TRIZ the contradictory matrix to improve the innovate the cycle stand of Yechou limited company, and conducted the market evaluation by the SWOT analysis.

5. Methods:

First it confirmed the convenience of original design by the TRIZ analysis method, then proposed the product design question inducts the TRIZ contradictory matrix table. It obtained the project parameters to start the creativity by 40 invention principles to send again thought. It made the product design to unify question improvement and innovation, and may park the 26, 27, 28 and 29 inch size tire bicycle in the identical jiffy stand.

6. Conclusion:

This group transformed the fixed size bicycle jiffy stand in the market into various size function. In addition to versatility of the design, the outlook was made several styles. The different style has the different operating way. It expanded their using scope and made the consumer spend extra money to buy other sizes the bicycle rack. Therefore we use our innovation to attract customer's vision, and fulfilled the customer’s satisfaction. This is the final goal of this research.

一、簡介: 

此專題研究報告主要是在探討應用精實生產之七大浪費、5S運動及SWOT分析,找出個案公司能夠加以改善的缺點,經過小組成員觀察與討論後,個案公司需要改善的浪費有動作、不良品、庫存、搬運的浪費,並且在不影響工廠的運作下進行5S改善計畫,以及透過SWOT分析出公司的優勢與劣勢。

二、動機:

由於國際化的影響,各產業都是求新、求穩,求規模、求價格,面臨大陸強勢的低價競爭,造成許多台灣企業不得不在外移或自製轉型上做抉擇,也漸使各類閥型的製作越大越精密,以利品質上能與各國互相媲美。

三、目的:

了解5S、SWOT、七大浪費的應用,以提高生產效率,保障品質並且加強精密度,減少安全隱患,養成節約的習慣,縮短作業上的工作週期及工作上的浪費,並解決企業之浪費,有效的改善企業內部文化及作業。

四、特色:

執行5S及七大浪費以改善金口金屬股份有限公司的成本支出,並使用SWOT分析來進行市場評估。

五、研究方法:

本研究是先收集工廠資料,然後參訪工廠內部環境,並整理出工廠的製造產品資料文獻,探討並且制定出研究目標。

六、結論:

在競爭激烈的環境下,要比別人賺取更多的利潤,才能夠經營下去,主要為了幫助企業如何提升整體營運的效率,除了可以減少浪費,因為不斷的改善,做到消除浪費以降低成本,便能夠快速回應廠商的需求,持續提升自我的價值。

This project mainly discusses seven wastes of lean production, 5S and analysis of SWOT, to find out the shortcoming that we could improve. After investigating and discussion, the project factory only have to improve the waste of motion, defect, inventory and transportation, to propose the plan of 5S improvement without interference, and through the analysis of SWOT to analyze the advantages and disadvantages of the project factory.

2.Motivation:

Due to the influence of internationalization, each industry are pursuing innovation, stable, huge scale and good price, facing with the lower price competition from china, cause the most of the companies form Taiwan have to make a choice between transition and relocation, also make the manufacture of valve be more bigger and precision, to rival with other countries by quality.

3. Purpose:

Understanding the application of 5S, SWOT and seven wastes to increase the production efficiency, guarantee the quality and reinforce precision, reduce the issue of security, develop the habit of saving, work on short period, and solve the problem of wasting, improve corporate culture and internal operations effectively.

4. Significance:

5. Methods:

The first step of project is collecting the information, and visit the factory environment, to sort out information document, then explore and develop research goals.

以TRIZ為基礎之創新改善∼以書櫃及水槍為例

譯詳企業股份有限公司為一專業設計、製造、生產噴水槍之工廠,皆以外銷為主,在研發及製造上已累積豐富的專業經驗,自主的研發技術。 

二、動機:

本組經由討論結果,決定利用TRIZ工具來進行書櫃與水槍使用上的相關問題進行探討及改善。在傳統書櫃的使用,所常見到的問題是空間放置有限、需要搬運時不易搬運以及放置書籍時需另外購買書擋來隔開分類書籍…等各種書櫃的問題。而在使用園藝水槍時也產生了相關的問題,比如說肥料和營養劑的比例無法均勻混合或者達到精準控制的效果、在於灑水過程中水壓和噴灑範圍…等,也是許多使用者常見的問題來做為探討。 

三、目的:

1.瞭解使用者對水槍、書櫃本身及情境使用上常出現的困擾。

2.探討水槍、書櫃使用者期望水槍、書櫃能增加哪些附屬功能以進行創新。

3. 利用系統化創新的方法進行水槍、書櫃的改善及創新。

Y-Shiang Enterprise CO.Ltd is a professional design, manufacture factory of the water spray gun. They have accumulated a lot of professional experience in research and production, and developed their technique.

2.Motivation:

After discussion, the research team decided to use the TRIZ technologies to improve the using problems of   bookcase and water gun. The common problems in traditional bookcase are limited space, hard to move, and not easy to partition the different kind of books, etc. The general problems of the water gun are not easy to control the fertilizer mixture ratio and the relationship between the water pressure and spray range, etc.

3.Purpose:

1.To explore the general user's difficulties for the water gun and bookcase.     

2.To explore the user's expecting functions for the water gun and bookcase.

3.To conduct the improvement and innovation for the water gun and bookcase based on TRIZ.

 

4.Significance:

This project made use of the TRIZ tools to break the thinking inertia; TRIZ helped us to systematically analyze the problem, understand the essence of problem and make sure next kind of direction of problem to investigate and finally help us to come to thoroughly work out the problem, and evolve the regulation, predict the future development trend and hope to deliver to figure out the creative product that has a competition ability according to the technique.

3維感測器應用於跌倒模式分析

本研究針對人的各種動作特徵,並建立出各種姿勢的跌倒模式,作為此裝置的研究數據。跌倒警示系統的建置為即時救護時所需之工具,惟跌倒警示系統對於跌倒訊號的誤判常導致系統可靠度降低,作為開發跌倒警示系統的鑑別資料,以有效提高系統對跌倒狀態的偵測辨識可靠度。

二、動機:

3D陀螺儀及加速規結合Arduino系統,抓取更完整的跌倒訊號藉以預測人跌倒之訊號與特徵,並減少誤判次數,以提供遠端監測人員迅速反應,縮短搶救時間。

三、目的:

一、研究分析3D陀螺儀在量測跌倒動作特徵的適用性。

二、感測器配戴位置對跌倒信號特徵的影響。

三、3D陀螺儀與3D加速規在感測跌倒信號特徵的差異性分析。

四、特色:

抓取更完整的跌倒訊號藉以預測人跌倒之訊號與特徵,並減少誤判次數,以提供遠端監測人員迅速反應,縮短搶救時間,研究成果可作為改進跌倒警示系統偵測辨識可靠度與防跌輔具開發的參考。

五、研究方法:

以跌倒偵測裝置加入3D陀螺儀及加速規結合Arduino系統,抓取更完整的跌倒訊號,藉以預測人跌倒之訊號特徵,並減少誤判次數,針對人的各種動作特徵,並建立出各種姿勢的跌倒模式,作為此裝置的研究數據。

六、結論:

改以3D陀螺儀器去做研究測試,將原本只能測得單一方向角速度提升成可同時測出3個方向的角速度,體積小方便配戴,抓取訊號源的辨識度高,降低數據資料的錯誤性,可同時取代3個1D陀螺儀,研究成果可作為改進跌倒警示系統偵測辨識可靠度與防跌輔具開發的參考。

Analysis of Falling Models by Using Three Dimension Sensors

1. Introduction:

Installation of a warning system for fall-risk elderly people is important and necessary for immediate rescue system. This study investigated the falling characteristics for the people’s motion, and to establish fall modes and research data. Falling warning system is needed to detect falling situation, but error signals often reduce system reliability.

2. Motivation:

By using the sensors of Grove - 3-Axis Digital Gyro and Grove - 3-Axis Digital Accelerometer combined with ARDUINO micro processing system, grab falling signals in order to predict the signal characteristics of people fall and reduce the number of false positives in order to provide remote monitoring personnel respond quickly.

3. Purpose:

1.Study analyzed the applicability of 3D gyroscope measurements fall in the action feature.

2. Affect the position of the sensor wear fall signal characteristics.

3.Using the sensors of Grove - 3-Axis Digital Gyro and Grove - 3-Axis Digital Accelerometer combined micro processing system, grab falling signals.

4. Significance:

Grab falling signals in order to predict the signal characteristics of people fall and reduce the number of false positives in order to provide remote monitoring personnel respond quickly, shortening the rescue time. The research results can be used to improve the reliability of identification fall detection and warning system aids the development of fall prevention reference.

5. Methods:

Fall detection device to add 3D gyroscope and accelerometer combined with Arduino system, grab more complete fall signals, signals and features in order to predict the fall of man, and to reduce the number of false positives, features a variety of actions against the people, and the establishment of a variety of postures the fall mode of this device, as research data.

6. Conclusion:

Changed to 3D gyro instruments to do research and testing, originally measured in one direction only upgrade to simultaneously measure the angular velocity angular velocity three directions, small size easy to wear, grab the source of identification is high, reducing the data sheet error, can simultaneously replace three 1D gyroscope, research results can fall as improve the reliability of identification and warning system to detect fall prevention aids the development of reference.

TRIZ應用於改善梯安全之研究

 一、簡介: 

根據研究調查,工安事故裡高處墜落案例占了一大部份,而梯子在現實生活中又是項無法避免的工具。如果能針對梯子本身做改善,應該能降低許多工安事故的發生。市面上的智慧梯大多都是由被動式來提醒使用者摔落,而本小組研究後,將使用主動性防止的方式,更結合了Arduino微處理器的應用,有效的降低意外事故的發生。本專題是以創新情境分析(ISQ)為首,首先簡單描述問題,蒐集資料找出問題所在和改善的問題,進一步思考解決的理想願景。由系統化創新(TRIZ)為問題分析工具,經功能分析與現有系統的矛盾矩陣做為分析工具,利用改變顏色、參數改變、分割、複合材料四個發明原則做改善。本專題規劃出梯子主動式平衡維持系統,解決梯子傾倒造成工安的問題,有效的弱化意外的發生。

二、動機:

梯子是在生活中非常容易使用且普及的工具,目前市面上的傳統梯以及智慧梯還沒有完整的安全防護,仍然有許多的工安意外事故發生和使用上的不方便。意外事故往往來自於重心不穩、人為因素或產品本身的品質問題,而不方便則是在於重量、不能適應各種地形等,本專題應用大學所學的知識,達到改善及排除弱化以上問題,減少事故發生。

三、目的:

專題的研究目的,在於研發出一主動式防護智慧梯,以主動式平衡維持的方式,降低梯子因人為操作不當或本身品質問題所產生的傾斜、位移時造成意外發生機率,如果發生重心偏移狀況時,能在第一時間警告並且迅速維持在平衡狀態,讓梯子上的使用者可以儘速脫離梯子,避免無預警墜落。 

四、特色:

一、運用TRIZ創新方法尋求解決梯子在工安問題的有效解決方案。

二、由被動轉為主動的防護:

    一般梯子都是採用被動警示的方式來提醒使用者,對於防止意外發生沒有太大的幫助,本專題利用感測              器、單晶片微電腦、馬達以及螺桿達到主動平衡重心的功能。 

三、即時反應:

    為了能在極短時間內感測並且做出反應,本專題使用了開迴路系統,降低發指令所需的時間。

1. Introduction:

According to the research, the patients associate with high fall is high proportion of the accidents in construction plants. Most of the accidents were caused by fragile ladders. The ladder is irreplaceable tool at this point. If there is a possibility to improve the ladder, the proportion of high fall might be decrease. In the market smart ladder usually remind the falling passively. But now our research shows that if the ladder combines with Arduino microprocessor, the ladder will prevent from the accident actively. Innovation Situation Questionnaire is the main concept for the research. First, briefly describe the problem, then colleting the information of the issue source. And try to solve the problem. However, improving the situation step by step unstill achieve the ideal results in the end. Theory for Solving Inventive Problems is the main tool for analyze, also we used structural functional analysis and conflict matrix helping us analyze. The ladder will warn and improved by changing colors, parameters changing, separate and composite materials. This project using actively balancing maintain system ladder for solving safety issues, and efficiently prevent the accidents from the weaken part of ladder.

 2. Motivation:

Ladders are easy to use and universal tool in life, in the market tradition ladder and smart ladder no Complete protection, there are many work accidents and inconvenient to use. Accident from the center of human factors and product problem, we apply the knowledge learned in college, Improve behavior, reduce accidents. 

3. Purpose:

This project using actively balancing maintain system ladder for solving safety issues, and efficiently prevent the accidents from the weaken part of ladder, if an accident occurs, the first time to warn users to let him leave. 

4. Significance:

First, TRIZ is applied ladder solution to the problem in the accident.

Second, protection from passive to active:

Ladders are passive warning way to remind users to prevent accidents not much help, the topic use sensors, single-chip microcomputer, motors, screw the center of gravity to achieve active balancing function.

Third, Transient response rapid response:

To make the sensor response in a short time, we use open-loop system, reducing the time required.

 一、簡介:

提出方法與建議「偉晟企業社」將工廠的成本精簡,將精簡的成本回饋員工,提高薪資給付,解決缺工,降低流動率的問題,要求員工區分物品的需求性分類定位,並培養出員工良好的素養,還有提高工廠安全性,提升公司的企業競爭力。

二、動機:

「偉晟企業社」是個典型的傳統產業,工廠作業主要是以塑膠加熱抽真空成形,工廠的作業流程屬於半自動工廠,每個步驟都須人員操作,但是因利潤微薄的關係,無法給予高薪,而且工作環境也比較髒亂,加上工廠的生產機台算中高危險機台,因此常常造成人力資源短缺問題,導致生產流程不順,針對上述問題,本組以「偉晟企業社」為主題,改善整體生產流程,提高薪資給付,改善環境整潔,提高傳統產業的企業競爭力。

三、目的:

研究目的為提高傳統產業的企業競爭力,因為傳統產業的利潤微薄,而工廠依然維持傳統的管理方法,再者一般傳統產業的工廠環境髒亂,老闆也沒有制定員工清潔守則,且工廠也有一些高危險性加工工具與機台,而工廠很多地方都不符合安全相關法規的規定,在工廠上班的危險係數相對也提高許多,本小組提出下列目標來改上以上問題,提高傳統產業的企業競爭力的研究:

一、縮減成本,回饋員工

二、創造井然有序的工作環境

三、創造安全之工作環境 

四、特色:

針對成本管理的部分以七大浪費來分析改善工廠生產流程裡各種不必要的浪費,尤其以等待浪費的部分帶入工作胞負載圖來精簡人力成本,提高員工利用率,再導入5S管理法則手法來改善作業環境,找出改善項目及方式,還有依據工業安全衛生法的法規去修正工廠危險問題,並訂出一套安全管理守則,持之以恆。

五、研究方法:

要提高傳統產業的企業競爭力,本組研討工廠營運現況後發現工廠沒有依安全相關法規佈置工廠,增加危險發生的機率,也因此增加許多不必要的成本,生產流程上也沒有適當的調配人力,本組提出下列研究方法改善:

Automatic equipments are common tools in the factory .

We expect the application can be used on the large self-propelled vehicles by improving smart cars.

Expand the functions of self-propelled vehicles more deeply by the system design

     Hope to make use of self-propelled vehicles on improvements to vehicle travel methods  

4. Significance: 

Four functions of the smart car : Infrared remote control mode , the Bluetooth remote control mode , the infrared through the line mode ,ultrasound obstacle avoidance mode. 

5. Methods: 

The code is written in UNO328 control panel by using Arduino control to achieve the controls of two motor-driven vehicles. 

6. Conclusion: 

The topic presents the improvement program in each of the four modes for the implementation topics of the hardware and software co-design, and you can improve the working methods of traditional transport equipment by improving the methods of self-propelled vehicles to increase work efficiency.

三、目的:

先是確立研究目標接下是文獻蒐集探討,然後是目標企業訪談再來是撰寫申請報告,最後試結論與討論。

To discuss the application processes and related documents for the "Taiwan Excellence Award", in order to help those companies who are interested to apply for Taiwan Excellence Award. 

2. Motivation:

Nowadays, "Made in Taiwan" has become a world-wide high quality symbol. Therefore, the "Taiwan Excellence Award", hold by Bureau of Foreign Trade has become an important index of an enterprise on measuring their own brand image and products quality. So we tried to discuss the application processes and related documents for the "Taiwan Excellence Award".

3. Purpose:

During the project, we took LAYANA Company’s product as research target, our project attempted to discuss the application process and preparation of documents for Taiwan Excellence Award. The main purpose was to find a reference application sample, in order to help those companies who are interested to apply for Taiwan Excellence Award.  

4. Significance:

In our project, we used time-and-process management tool PERT/CPM to setup all the tasks in accordance with allowance time slots into Grant chart. This will make the preparation for the Taiwan Excellence Award easier and visibly and with efficiency.  

5. Methods:

After reviewing the application process and needed documents for Taiwan Excellence Award. We conducted on-site company discussion and documents preparation. Then a proposal for that award was finished and ready to be sent for the award committee.

6. Conclusion:

Resulting from the project, we realized the application process and needed documents for Taiwan Excellence Award. And found the five aspects of such an award were: Research/Development, Design, Quality, Marketing and Made-Un-Taiwan. Our project can be helpful to those companies who want to apply the  "Taiwan Excellence Award".

工廠改善前的內部環境雜物與廢料堆積雜亂無章,半成品的擺放也沒有完善的規劃,讓工廠無法有效運用與節省空間。

三、目的:

本專題的研究目的可分為以下五點:(一)、規劃成品、半成品放置區,(二)、設計新的刀具架,(三)、規劃料架內應放置物品,(四)、規劃成品架,(五)、規劃安全的工作環境。

本專題的特色在於運用部分的6S手法將工廠的內部進行規劃。本專題在改善時使用了Solid Work與Microsoft Visio程式來呈現本專題在工廠改善的成果,工作現場的區域則以警示膠帶來規劃各暫存區與工作區的空間。最後本專題建立持續改善的制度,其中包含紅牌大作戰與獎工計劃,建議工廠使用。

本專題小組首先到工廠參訪後了解現場現況問題,蒐集公司的作業流程、原物料等資料,根據現有問題進行研究,運用6S來規劃廠內環境,並用工業安全與衛生的角度去發掘並改善工安問題。

1. Introduction:

This student project aims to promote and implement 6S which is a common improvement method in the factory. 6S management includes Selie, Seition, Seiso, Seiketsu, Shitsuke, and Sekyuriti. 6S techniques can improve work efficiency and maintain a clean factory environment.

2. Motivation:

The case-study factory accumulated semi-finished and debris before. So the plant cannot effectively use and save space.

3. Purpose:

This student project divided into five: planning finished and semi-finished placement, design of a new cutting tool shelf, planning rack placements, planning finished shelf, planning safety work environment.

4. Significance:

The features of this student project are the applications of 6S management on factory improvement, and the applications of SolidWorks and Microsoft Visio softwares. Besides, the project used warning tape to distinguish buffer areas and work areas. Finally, the student project provided policies like red card warning and efficiency wage systems for a continuous improvement.

5. Methods:

The project team members went to the factory to understand the real operations many times. The student project used 6S techniques to plan internal environment, and suggested and improved the shop floor management according industrial safety and hygiene regulations.

6. Conclusion:

The contributions of this topic can be divided into factory planning, finished rack placements, industrial safety problems, and policies for the operations of Long Chen Spring Company.

一、簡介:

此研究從不同環節來考量成本浪費與全面生產性維護,以統鉦精密工業股份有限公司進行研討,了解並分析個缺點問題,透過七大浪費與5S 現場管理之運用分析各環節,統整影響公司營運上的浪費,藉由七大浪費找出改善方法,從方法建議公司除去不必要的浪費。對於精密加工業來說,減少浪費是很重要的事情,但如何改善浪費是需要時間分析以及討論,本研究針對問題提出需要改善之決策,希望提高公司營運績效。

 二、動機:

為了降低成本,本小組希望探討公司內部的七大浪費如何落實在實務上,並使公司避免成本的浪費。

三、目的:

在員工在搬運半成品的時候,會動到的動作有搬、轉身、蹲下、起身這四個動作,其實在小地方就會發現有很多不必要的動作會發生,還有些地方的空間是閒置,也會造成時間、空間、動作上的浪費,對於公司搬運的問題加以改善

四、特色:

應用精實生產七大浪費、品管七大手法及5S運動來進行工廠內現場改善

五、研究方法:

以企業內運行之模式作為探討找尋企業內部7大浪費,並提出可供改善之方法,到企業現場實際執行5S運動,針對實施改善所分析出最佳的解決方案,對統鉦公司提出有效的改善建議及所運用的方法

六、結論:

本專題小組導入精實生產之目的,是透過不同之改善工具,達到節省成本,建立合適的績效衡量與考核辦法,鼓勵員工參與各項改善,要求員工努力達成目標,確保改善內容依計畫逐步執行,擬定合適公司目標與策略,中小型企業資源較為缺乏,故擬定目標。企業組織上,應強化溝通能力。有良好的溝通能力才能快速凝聚共識。

This research report through different points to consider the cost and total productive maintenance by Tong Zhen precision industry Co Ltd, understood and analyzes the weakness problem through seven wastes and application analysis of 5S management aspects and integration affect the company's transport business the waste. Discovers the improvement method by seven wastes, suggests the company from the method except the nonessential waste. For precision processing, reduces the waste is the very important matter, how to improve the wastes have to take time to analyze and discuss, this research in view of the question proposed needs decision-making of the improvement, hoped enhances the company's operating performance .

2. Motivation:

In order to reduce the cost, we hoped explore the company’s seven wastes carries out in the practice, and cause the company to avoid the cost the waste.

3. Purpose:

When employees in transporting semi-manufactured goods, movement to move, turn, squats, and these four movements, in a small place you will find a lot of unnecessary movements occurred, there are places where the space is unused, will result in a waste of time, space, movement, for company to improve.

5. Methods:

人類接收資訊很大程度上是依賴於視覺,透過眼動儀可以獲得視覺整體資訊的即時數據,以便探究資訊選擇模式等認知特徵。

三、目的:

本研究是藉由眼動儀觀測電梯面板的設計來探討人機介面設計的影響程度,所得知結果可應用於其他介面之設計。

     眼動儀在人類認知心理學的應用越來越普遍,在未來也會趨向於多元化,其發展的空間將無可限量。

1. Introduction:

This study investigated the elevator panel by the eye-tracking system to discuss the influence of interface design between human and machine. It can apply the result of this study to other interface design.

2. Motivation:

The most information received by human relies on the vision. The data of vision information gotten from eye-tracker can be used to study the information selection pattern for human cognition characteristics.

3. Purpose:

This study discussed the influence of interface for different elevator panel designs through eye-tracker investigation. The result of this research can be used to design other panel interface.

4. Significance:

  The application of eye-tracker in cognition psychology is more and more popular. It will tend to multiplication in the future, the development of this field is unbound.

5. Methods:

  1. Investigated the elevator panel, 2.Collected the papers and information, 3. Studied the operation procedure of the eye-tracker, 4. Proposed the experiment plan, 5. Conducted the investigation, 6. Analyzed the video data, 7. Arranged the information and got the conclusion.

6. Conclusion:

  This study discussed the influence of interface for different elevator panel designs through eye-tracker investigation. It used the software of eye-tracker to record the information of subject operating the elevator. Then it analyzed the experimental data by analysis software to discuss the influence of man-machine interface for different panel designs. The result from this study can be applied to other interface design, for example the operation in the military, the aviation, the radar aspect, the difference of several seconds may cause the enormous losses.

以眼動儀探討台鐵跟高鐵網路購票系統操作介面

 一、簡介:

本研究希望藉由眼動儀儀器,找出人眼在搜尋網路購票系統時的視線軌跡,此次報告將討論如何設計眼動儀實驗,說明眼動儀實驗過程及操作方法,並對實驗後收集到的各項結果做分析與探討。

二、動機:

在電腦普及的世代,網路購票系統已經漸漸地取代人工售票,本小組針對網路購票系統來作深入探討,利用眼動儀來讓不同的實驗對象配戴,藉由各個實驗對象眼球移動的路徑來評估哪個訂票系統是讓各年齡層一碰就上手的,而且能夠順利操作使購票順利。

三、目的:

本研究以眼動儀為研究工具,針對台灣高鐵和台鐵網路購票系統之操作介面作為研究對象,主要目的是要了解使用者對兩種系統之視覺動線及使用上的簡易程度。

四、特色:

隨著眼動追蹤設備的簡易化與精細化,在不久的將來眼動技術將更加成熟,其作為研究手段的普及速度也會繼續加快。

五、研究方法:

本研究實驗步驟分為三個階段,第一階段將儀器跟每位受測者做校正動作,第二階段讓受測者配戴校正過的眼動儀,針對高鐵與台鐵的網路購票系統做路徑軌跡的側錄,第三階段將側錄後的結果利用軟體將資料分析。

六、結論:

整體而言,本研究藉由眼球搜尋路徑之實驗數據、整理及分析使用者之認知等步驟,可以評估使用者對於一個不熟悉的網頁架構能是否夠很快上手,且正確的選擇達到想要的目的。

1. Introduction:

This study was used eye-tracking system to find the eye version path when they were searching the ticket-selling system by the network. This report will discuss how to design a eye-tracking experiment and describe the experimental process and operation method. It also conducted the analysis and study for the experimental data.

2. Motivation:

In the computer popularity era, the manual ticket selling system will be substituted by the network gradually. This study took two network ticket-selling systems as research subjects. It asked different objectives to wear eye-tracking glasses. Through eye-tracking experiment data, it can evaluate which system can make the user to handle unfamiliar system quickly and reach his goal correctly.

3. Purpose:

  This study is used the eye-tracker as a tool and the network ticket-selling systems of Taiwan railway and high-speed train as the study subject. The purpose of this study is to probe the user’s visual moving and simplicity for both systems.

4. Significance:

  After the eye-tracking system more and more simple and delicate, the eye-tracking technology is more mature. It will be a research tool very quickly. .

5. Methods:

  There are three experimental stages in this study. In first stage, the user must calibrate the instrument. Then the user wore the eye-tracker and recorded the video to execute the network ticket-selling system of Taiwan railway and high-speed train. In third stage, the video recording data will be analyzed by analysis software.

6. Conclusion:

  This study is through eye-tracking experiment data, arrangement and analysis steps to evaluate the systems which can make the user to handle unfamiliar system quickly and reach his goal correctly.
