小組參訪工廠時發現物品隨意擺放,造成空間上的浪費,固想改善。

在新產品的產生中,織帶與鬆緊帶的結合所衍生出的耐用性,加入文創圖案可以有效運用在其他方面。

本專題小組透過魚骨圖來了解公司產品的品質狀況,藉由這些訊息來發現問題並提出建議,來改善品質不良的原因,提升產品品質與顧客滿意度。

二、動機:

台灣的傳統機械加工產業必需具備良好的產品品質及適當的生產排程來提升經營績效,以增加競爭力。

三、目的:

協助傳統機械加工產業,改善現有的經營方法,提升產品品質及生產排程來降低成本、提高競爭力。

四、特色:

我們為錩發工業社制定標準作業程序讓新進員工對生產流程有更明確的了解以減少人為的品質不良,另外對模具設備增加了警示記號減少品質不良的狀況。

五、研究方法:

透過魚骨圖來發現品質不良的原因,經過討論後分析出於魚骨圖中的原因,再針對這些缺失進行研究及提出改善方案。

六、結論:

本專題研究針對這些缺失提出三個改善方案:1.建立新的排程2.在模具上做警示記號 3.制定SOP,公司採用了我們幾個建議後,產品品質與顧客滿意度獲得實質的提升,該公司對本專題小組的貢獻表達了深深的感謝。

1.  Introduction:

The focus group observe the fishbone diagram to understand the status of the company's product quality, through these messages, we can identify problems and make recommendations to reduce the cause of poor quality or to improve product quality and customer satisfaction.

2.  Motivation:

In order to increase their competitiveness and improve business performance, it is necessary for Taiwan's traditional mechanical industries to have a good product quality and proper production scheduling.

3.   Purpose:

To assist traditional mechanical processing industry, improve existing business practices, improve product quality and production scheduling which reduces cost and improve competitiveness.

4.   Significance:

Chang Industrial Co. developed standard operating procedures to allow new employees to attain a better understanding of the process.  These procedures help reduce man-made defects, in addition to increasing the warning mark put on the mold equipments to reduce poor quality conditions.

5.  Methods:

Through fishbone diagram, we are able to discover the reasons for poor quality.  After thorough discussion and analysis, we have concluded the mistakes are within the fishbone diagram, and acknowledging the mistakes, research and solutions are brought forward for those problems.

6.  Conclusion:

This case study presents three improvements for these errors in the program: (1) Create a new schedule

(2)Place warning sign(s) on the mold (3) While Developing SOP, the company used several of our recommendations, and the product quality and customer satisfaction obtained substantial improvements.  The company then expressed deep gratitude to the contribution of the focus groups.

許多產業的機器設備,是靠鑄造的方法來生產車台機構及零組件,沒有了鑄造業,則這些產業所需機器設備就無法在國內自製。如果許多產業都必需仰賴進口的設備,則台灣在國際競爭中就將處於極不利的地位。瞭解鑄造業的經營現況,協助鑄造業改善經營方法,是台灣產業社會當前極需要關注的問題。

瞭解鑄造業的經營現況,協助鑄造業改善經營方法。

運用工業工程與管理專業,進行改善模具管理的狀況。

()以非參與觀察法對於鑄造產業的流程,做一個學習觀察鑄造生產流程,透過實際走訪工廠,觀察工廠實際製作流程,紀錄機械設備及庫存區的位置。

()以結構性訪談法事先決定好問題組,再與公司相關主管面對面訪談,並對工廠現況缺失分析最後再針對這些缺失進行研究及提出改善方案。

模具管理資訊系統,應能使得負責去找模具的人,在辦公室中就能查到模具是放在什麼架位;到達架位之後,也能迅速而正確地辨認出所要找的模具。

物料管理實務探討-以宣鑫企業股份有限公司為例

宣鑫企業股份有限公司為Ingersoll-Rand空壓機代理商,宣鑫公司在台灣北中南都皆設有據點,在大陸也設有服務據點,宣鑫公司也獲得了ISO9001的品質認證。

二、動機:

良好的物料管理可以大幅降低成本,提高生產系統的穩定性、資金的運轉能力、縮短生產週期,滿足銷售需求.良好的物料管理就是可以適時、適量、適質、適價、適地供應生產系統,使其不致於停工待料,並使總成本降至最低的管理。

三、目的:

一、減少該公司管理存貨上的錯誤。

二、確保物料適時的供應並且設立一個安全存量的量值。

三、避免存貨管理上的損失。

四、特色:

本小組建議宣鑫公司使用ABC分析法來進行物料管理,A類使用MRP計畫、BC類則使用複倉式管理。

五、研究方法:

一、現況訪查:實地觀察現場,與組員仔細觀察倉儲與存量之作業現場。

二、資料蒐集:蒐集現場數據及各項倉儲與存量的資訊。

三、文獻探討:蒐集資料並加以討論,找出新存量管制的設計。

四、現況分析:進行現況分析,了解問題所在。

五、現況討論:將改善方法整合之後,提出相對應的對策。

六、分析比較:將現況與改善對策進行比較。

七、結論:將此次的改善方法及結果做結論。

庫存管理之實施,可以有效的減少浪費,並採取是當措施加以控制,有效地控制成本,更應將數量、單價細目顯現出來,如此才能使庫存成本控制達到落實的地步。隨著工商業蓬勃發展與進步,庫存管理一直是企業管理領域中的重要事務,庫存即為成本,因此為了減少成本,防止不必要的庫存積壓,影響公司績效,所以必須以庫存管理來減少不必要的成本與庫存。

Good material management can significantly reduce the cost, improve the stability of production system, circulate the funds, shorten the production cycle, and meet sale demand. Good material management can provide the production system at right time, right quantity, right quality, right price and right place. It will not held up the production for lack of material and minimize the total cost of management.

3.   Purpose:

1. Reduce errors on the company's inventory management.

2. Ensure supply of material at right time and the establishment of a safe stock.

3. Avoid the loss of inventory management.

4.   Significance:

The team recommended using the ABC analysis to conduct materials management, adopted the MRP plan for A category, and using two-bin system for BC category.

5.   Methods:

1. Investigation: On-site investigation and understanding the inventory operation.

2. Data collection: Collecting field data and the warehousing and inventory information.

3. Literature: Gathering information and discussion, identifying new inventory control design.

4. Situation analysis: Analyzing the situation and finding the problems.

Implementation of inventory management can reduce the waste effectively. It took the appropriate control measures to control cost effectively, and show the quantity and price list apparently. Then it make the inventory cost control practically. With the development and progress of industry and commerce, the inventory management has been an important field of business management. The inventory is the cost. Therefore in order to reduce cost, prevent unnecessary inventory to effect the company's performance, it must be conducting inventory management to reduce unnecessary costs and inventory.

金屬配件生產流程改善以洽勝實業有限公司為例

本研究旨在運用在學校之相關學術對研究對象是恰勝公司進行現況的分析與探討,主要研究的方向主要針對洽勝公司的傳統手繪與solidworks電繪的比較,發現公司運作的問題,提出改善的方案及建議。

二、動機:

對於許多企業而言時間就是金錢,若是能夠把生產的工作時間降低下來,進而提升工作效率,提升公司績效。找尋工廠裡可能造成工作時間浪費的原因,發現零件變更時,機械模具需重新設計,常造成時間浪費。

三、目的:

使用能夠兼具繪圖和模擬的SolidWorks軟體,來協助降低此工廠在修改模具上所浪費的工作時間。

四、特色:

將洽勝公司的傳統修改模具方式,改為電腦輔助設計與製造,主要的差異在於時間上的長短。

五、研究方法:

本研究進行之步驟,首先了解工廠週遭環境,工作流程與動向,然後依照所學之理論與知識對工廠生產現況進行分析,找出生產流程中需要改進的地方,並加以延續探討如何改進,最後研擬出給公司改善的建議,希望能使得工廠之產能夠提高,品質持續穩定。

六、結論:

本小組經過研究後建議以電腦繪製方式取代傳統手繪,在市場上更具競爭力,兩者間差異不僅僅在於時間上的差異、在美觀與機動方便性等各層面也有相當大的不同,時間上的減少不僅可以增加生產效率,相對的也降低了錯誤的發生,產能的增加對於公司的利益有很大的幫助。

 1.Introduction:

The purpose of this study is conducted the analysis and research for the situation of Chia Sheng company by the lessons studied in the school. The main research direction aimed at the comparison between the traditional hand-drawing of this company and the drawing of the SolidWorks. The team tried to find the operating problems of this company and proposed the improving plan and the suggestion.

2.  Motivation:

Time is money for every enterprise. If it can reduce the operating time of production, then it will increase the working efficiency and promote company achievements. It is better to always find the reasons of wasting operating time in the factory. The study discovered it wastes the working time when the size of components changes and the manufacture mold need to redesign. 

3. Purpose:

It can assist this factory to reduce the waste time in modifying the mold by using the SolidWorks’ capabilities of engineering drawing and simulation.

4.  Significance:

It can decrease the working time for this company to replace the traditional modifying mold by the computer aided design and the manufacture method.

5.Methods:

The step of this study is : 1. Investigated the environment and work flow of the factory, 2. Conducted the analysis on the production situation and found the problems, 3. Do further study and proposed the improving recommends to the company. It hoped these suggestions can promote the production capability and stabilize the quality of this company.

6. Conclusion:

After studying, this team suggested using the CAD method to replace the tradition hand-drawing. It made the company more competitive in the market, not only in shorting the working time, but also in beauties and mobile conveniences. The time reduction may increase the production efficiency, also reduced the error occurrence. The increase of production capability will benefit the company's income.

衛浴修繕達人館

 一、簡介:

此專題的主要目是為成立一個能夠提供消費者,完整衛浴五金修繕資訊的網路平台。

二、動機:

由於民眾缺乏衛浴維修的基本知識,目前全台灣的衛浴維修網路並不完善,多僅有簡單的介紹與分享。民眾沒辦法在網路上面充分獲得所需要的資訊,因此常無法進行DIY維修。

三、目的:

本專題將建立「衛浴修繕達人館」把衛浴五金維修問題整合,建構成一個提供完整服務的網站,透過成立一個能夠提供消費者,完整衛浴五金設備資訊的網路平台,消費者可藉由該網站找到任何有關修繕衛浴五金的資訊及影片,並透過網路上的電子拍賣系統,協助顧客正確取得相關零組件,並自行維修處理。

四、特色:

本研究將結合現有的網路拍賣平台,嘗試以“一條龍”的服務概念來解決現有的衛浴五金維修問題。透過整合性的平台與流程設計概念,期能提昇服務品質與顧客的滿意度,從民眾進入本平台、問題導向的引導,瞭解實際問題所在,並透過診斷進一步確認需購買更換的零組件,並結合線上購物、教學及與專業的維修人員結盟等具體措施,有效達到一站購足且人性化的網路平台。

五、研究方法:

本研究一開始以網路為基礎進行資料收集,收集有關蓮蓬頭、水龍頭、馬桶以及喇叭鎖的相關資料,包括種類、型號、維修方面的問題與零組件購買的問題等。專題成員也實際參訪了特力屋還有合作的五金行以瞭解實際的維修狀況以及各零組件販售的狀況。接著把收集好的資料一一分類,進行缺點分析,並進行整合式服務的作業流程設計,並進行平台架設後,報告撰寫等後續作業。

六、結論:

In this research, our team will building a completely platform about bathroom renovation. People can find any information and video tutor by this platform. We also got a online shop which can buy accessories people wanted to buy.

This research will combine the online shop, try to do a “One-Stop Service” to solve all the problem of bathroom renovation. Through the combination of platform and the processing design of platform, our team try to increase the quality to customer. People visit this platform who can solve the problem by five stages including type confirm, problem confirm, how to solve the problem, online shop and repair tutor.

Our team gather all the information about bathroom renovation on internet and we also visit B&Q and the company we cooperate. And we classification all the information our collect and do the analysis. We design our platform after all the information is sort by several part, and start to write the report.

成本分析與定價策略之探討-以洽成興業股份有限公司為例

本組所研究的工廠,常需要配合客戶的訂單,製作各種尺碼的布,但製作有些碼數需使用盤紗機而增加了許多成本,如果使用單一售價,有些碼數的成本較高,會使整體利潤降低,因此需要分析各個尺碼的訂單所需要花費的成本。

三、 目的:

以引導的方式吸引顧客選擇工廠所希望的尺寸,使顧客能以划算的價格購買所需要的商品,廠商也能降低製造成本來提高利潤,使買賣雙方都獲得好處。

Deertex Inc. produces many kinds of fabrics to worldwide top brands and local companies in Taiwan. To acquire the competitive advantages in the world, Deertex should control the costs of the products, make better pricing strategies and upgrade the quality of products constantly to increase customer satisfaction.   

2Motivation:

Deertex often has to produce many kinds of sizes of fabrics to conform to the orders of customers. But when producing some sizes, they need reel machines so the machine costs increase. If we use the unit pricing, some size costs are high and finally would make profits to lower. So we want to analyze the costs of the orders of each size. 

3Purpose:

By the way of introduction to make customers choose the size company prefers, customers can purchase the products they need in cost –effective prices  and the corporate can also increase the profits by this way. It benefits for buyers and sellers. 

4Characteristics:

We use the knowledge of industrial engineering and management to analyze the costs. 

5Research Method:

Computing labor costsmachine costsmaterial costs and other costs, etc. But some are classified documents for the corporate so we compute the information we have and then make hypothesis. Using various kinds of common orders to compute the costs and understand how to price with size form to make sure accord with economic cost.

工廠廠房堆積了許多雜物與不需要之物品,因此我們決定使用七大浪費與5S現場管理,藉由改善工廠內部動線、加工順序、整理、整頓等步驟,來提升個案公司的加工流程順暢度與整潔的環境,進而達到提高效率、增加產能之利潤的目的。

The main cause of the defective products was the adhesive side unglued. By using the rotary sander to remove the wrinkles from the laminar plate, the adhesive effect can be enhanced effectively.

本專題研究探討腳踏車零件廠的效率改善與環境維護,並以精實生產的各項工具執行。

二、動機:

浪費是工廠生產管理中一個重要的環節,透過精實生產的各項工具,找出不要的浪費以降低工廠的生產成本且增加效率。

三、目的:

以傳統產業內部的精實生產改造為研究主題,本研究以傳統製造業推行精實生產為例,並探討導入精實生產對於公司成本改善的效益。

四、特色:

       透過價值流程圖分析(Value Stream Mapping, VSM),繪製出整體公司的生產概況,加上5 S及七大浪費的改善後,縮短總生產時間。

五、研究方法:

運用精實生產各項工具中的5S、七大浪費以及價值流程圖分析(Value Stream Mapping, VSM),找出不必要的浪費增加工作效率。

六、結論:

透過本專題的改善,由個案公司的改善後價值流程圖顯示,改善後生產週期時間由原本的52天所短為44.5天。

1.      Introduction:

By using the tools of lean production, his study explored the efficiency enhancement and environmental improvement of a bicycle parts factory.

2.      Motivation:

Since “waste” in a factory was an important issue, this study tried to identify unnecessary waste  and to reduce the plant's production costs and increase efficiency through implementation tools of lean production

3.Purpose:

Taking a traditional manufacturing company as example, this study tried to discuss the effect of implementation of lean production system for cost improvement.

4. Significance:

Through the VSM (Value Stream Mapping), the company's overall production profile was analyzed. 5S activities were conducted, and those typical seven-wastes were found and removed. Then the overall production time was reduced.

5.Methods:

Tools of lean production, 5S, seven-wastes and VSM (Value Stream Mapping) were applied to identify those wastes in the factory and to increase the efficiency.

6. Conclusion:

Through above 5S and lean tools improvement, the VSM chart of case company showed that the production cycle time was reduced from 52 to 44.5 days.

妍采伊公司限於工廠場地空間不足而導致機台擺設讓走道狹小人員走動不方便,因此造成現場的工作環境不良,生產線的不順暢。

The project explored the facilities layout and processes. A beauty care product company’s manufacturing processes and handling planning were analyzed. Through factory floor space adjustments and manufacturing process improvements, the production efficiency was enhanced and idle time was reduced. Then the company's overall competitive advantage was improved.

2. Motivation:

With limited factory floor space and poor shop floor layout, the YanCaiYi company faced with situations of in-adequate machines layout and narrow aisle inconvenient. Those above situations led to the poor work environment, and the production line was not running smoothly.

3.   Purpose:

Through factory floor space adjustments and manufacturing process improvements, to enhance production efficiency and reduce idle time, then to improve the company's overall competitive advantage.

4.   Significance:

By using IE tools in manufacturing processes and shop floor layout improvement, not only to significantly shorten the transportation distance, also contributed to providing a safe working environment.

5.  Methods:

IE tools, including facility layout and process improvement methods, were introduced in this project to explore the as-is and to-be status for product line..

6.  Conclusion:

(1)      Plant processes successfully improved, and the process time was reduced.

(2)      Material transportation distance was shorten, and product handling time was reduced.

科技大學導入內部控制及稽核制度之探討-以建國科技大學為例

近年來,企業因內部控制未能落實或內部控制設計不良而導致企業倒閉而造成重大損失的案例可說是層出不窮,也讓內部控制與管理之議題在產、官、學界引起了無比的重視與回響。因為企業為達成營運目標及提高經營效率的各項日常作業,皆需仰賴完善的內部控制機制予以落實。

二、動機:

許多企業都在積極的導入與推動內部控制及稽核制度,提升企業內部的服務品質及運作上之效率。而教育部也於民國98年要求各私立大專院校及財團法人建置內部控制及推動內部稽核制度,讓學校自我管理能有更顯著的效果,在作業流程速度方面也能有明顯效率。本專題嘗試以建國科技大學為研究對象,探討私立大學導入內部控制系統與內部稽核之實務作法。

本專題嘗試以建國科技大學為研究對象,探討私立大學導入內部控制系統與內部稽核之實務作法。

四、特色:

我們協助進行該校內部控制制度文件之修訂作業,並逐一為每份文件建立稽核查檢表,更建置一份內部稽核作業程序書。本專題最後並將探討提出有關私立大學推動內部控制及稽核制度之建議。

透過文獻探討了解有關內部控制與稽核制度之定義與相關,接著配合教育部在2009年發布之『學校財團法人及所設私立學校內部控制及稽核制度實施辦法』以建國科大現有的內部控制手冊為基礎配合法規適時修正內容。

我們協助完成 60 份該校內部控制制度文件之修訂作業,並逐一為每份文件建立稽核查檢表。更建置一份內部稽核作業程序書,程序書中並建立於稽核過程中發現問題後之矯正與複查機制。本專題最後並整理提出有關私立大學推動內部控制及稽核制度之建議。

A study on the implementation of internal control and audit system - taking CTU as an example

1.   Introduction:

In recent years, cases of business bankrupts or financial losses due to incomplete implementation or poor design of internal control systems were often heard both in our country or other countries. Then, the attentions and responses for internal control/management were aroused form corporate, governments and academics. Since an effective internal control mechanism is the foundation of an enterprise to achieve its operational objectives and management efficiency from daily activities.

2.  Motivation:

Many companies were aggressively introducing and implementing internal control and audit activities to improve internal service quality and operational efficiency. In  2010, Ministry of Education of ROC ask all private colleges and universities to establish their own internal control system and to conduct internal audit activities, to help schools’ effective self- managements and operational efficiencies. Taking Chienkuo Technology University as example, this project tried to explore the practical issues during the introducing and implementing of internal control and audit systems for a private university.

3.   Purpose:

Taking Chienkuo Technology University as example, this project tried to explore the practical issues during the introducing and implementing of internal control and audit systems for a private university.

4.   Significance:

We helped CTU for its internal control SOP’s revision program, and established a specific checklist for each SOP. We also established a SOP for internal audit. Some suggestions were proposed for private universities on their implementation of internal control and audit systems.

5.   Methods:

Through relevant literature review, we could find the definition of internal control and internal audit, and their relationship. In accordance with the regulation published by the Ministry of Education in 2009, we helped Chienkuo Technology University to revise its existed internal control system.

6.   Conclusion:

We helped CTU for 60 internal control SOP’s revision program, and established a specific checklist for each SOP. We also established a SOP for internal audit, with a correction and re-check mechanism for those findings during internal audit processes. Some suggestions were proposed for private universities on their implementation of internal control and audit systems.

Through this project, we practiced what we learned in the classrooms in the real business area. Also, the preparation of internal control SOP and establishment of internal audit system can help the daily operations of the case university.

防爆輪胎之概念設計

在參考許多防爆設計之後,發現所有失壓續跑胎共同的目的在於輪胎失壓後盡量保持車身平衡。本專題乃嘗試運用TRIZ設計出新型防爆胎,設計要點為滿足爆胎時與失壓後保持車身穩定。 

二、動機:

車輛在高速行駛的狀態下,若不幸發生爆胎的情況,非常容易讓車輛打偏翻覆,造成嚴重傷害。而市面上常見的防爆胎 (失壓續跑胎) 在失壓後,只是讓車輛偏移與失衡幅度減緩,還是會有不可預測的危險,畢竟車身的其中一個支撐點突然失衡,於是本專題乃嘗試設計出新型防爆胎。

三、目的:

本專題乃嘗試運用TRIZ設計出新型防爆胎,設計要點為滿足爆胎時與失壓後保持車身穩定。 

四、特色:

由專題討論結果顯示,此防爆胎之概念設計可在意外發生時,防止車身重量突然失衡而造成危險,就像事先裝好備胎般的安全,之後也無須第一時間就被迫等待道路救援更換備胎。

A Conceptual Design of Run-Flat Tires

 1. Introduction:

After reviewing some run-flat tires designs, we found the common goal was to keep the body balanced after loss of its pressure. This project attempted to find a new type of run-flat tire by applying TRIZ concept.  

2. Motivation:

Under traveling at high speed, in case of a flat tire, vehicles could face a very dangerous rollover and cause a serious injury. Typical design of run-flat tires aimed just to let the vehicle slow down its shift and amplitude imbalance after its loss of pressure (continued running tire after pressure loss). But here will still be unpredictable and dangerous situations since one of the main supporting point lost its balance. This project attempted to find a new type of run-flat tire. 

3. Purpose:

The purpose of our design was to maintain vehicle’s stability after the flat-tire event and loss of pressure.

4. Significance:

Resulting from our project, we proposed a conceptual design of a run-flat tire. Such a design can prevent the body weight imbalance caused by sudden events, just like a good spare tire mounted in advanced for security. Then, there is no need to wait for the first time aid on the road, or forced to replace the spare tire.

3D列印目前是產業界關注的一種快速成型技術,首先將物品設計圖轉換為3D加工程式數據,然後運用塑膠或金屬材料逐層堆積(列印)。也就是說若你擁有一台小型的3D印表機,你只需要在電腦中繪製出該物品的圖型,等一會兒你要的物品就可以被印(製造)出來。

五、研究方法:

     由於3D列印技術隸屬於快速成型技術的範疇,因此我們以「快速成型」與3D印表機此兩主軸,搜尋相關的技術文件、報導及網站,再從中選擇部分資料來閱讀,大家互相討論所讀的原理與應用,提出自己對於資料正確性的看法與意見,經由不斷驗證及分析,合力完成本文。

1. Introduction:

Currently various types of molding machines for machining and processing of the 3D objects always have their technical limitations or cost considerations. Rapid Prototyping (RP) or 3D printing technology maturity and popularity, can be used as 3D objects forming an alternative.

2. Motivation:

This topic focuses on rapid prototyping and is increasingly important to have impact on the industry today, has been constructed to IEM related software and hardware design and manufacturing, to be borrowed discussion topics, rapid prototyping technology consolidate existing software development context and Body Equipment the design and manufacture of energy, providing IEM related teaching and research can be funded using resources and tools in creativity and innovation.

3.Purpose:

First, consolidate the development trend of rapid prototyping technology to provide rapid prototyping technology who want to learn a convenient reference tools and data.

Second, rapid prototyping hardware and software to complete the build system design and manufacture energy verification, as future users using rapid prototyping hardware and software programs, manufacturing parameter settings and troubleshooting of reference.

Third, the 3D graphics software, file conversion program and manufacturing automation equipment for mechanized entire design and manufacturing systems, providing innovative topics or related courses, to bring innovative ideas into practical tools for the entity model. 

4.Significance:

3D printing is now an industry concern rapid prototyping technology, first article design data into 3D processing program, then use plastic or metal material layer by layer stacking (print). In other words, if you own a small 3D printer, you only need to draw the item in the computer graphics, and other items while you can be printed (manufacturing) out.

5.Methods:

Due to 3D printing technology accredited to belong to the category of rapid prototyping technology, so our "rapid prototyping" and 3D printer this two-spindle, search related technical documents, reports and websites, and then choose some of the information to be read, we mutually discuss reading and application of the principles put forward their own views for the correctness of the information and opinions, verification and analysis by not breaking, combined efforts to complete this article.

6. Conclusion:

(A) consolidate the development trend of rapid prototyping technology to provide rapid prototyping technology who want to learn a convenient reference tools and data.

(B) the completion of the system hardware and software to build rapid prototyping to verify the design and manufacture of energy, as the future users using rapid prototyping hardware and software programs, manufacturing parameter settings and troubleshooting of reference.

藉由系統化創新的40個發明原則先對新型專利織帶進行了10項產品的用途進行規劃與設計。

二、動機:

10項產品的構想下,希望能幫助廠方對發明的新型專利織帶上能提供一點對用途的想法,讓廠方能夠進行此新產品的行銷工作或開發出更好的產品。

三、目的:

本專題是替一專門製造鬆緊帶之工廠所發明的新型專利織帶進行其用途規劃與設計。

四、特色:

環保中空織帶設計用途利用。

五、研究方法:

我們運用了系統化創新40發明原則、專利檢索、行銷手法之SWOT分析、STP行銷、行銷組合4P等手法。

六、結論:

在構想出10項產品後,再上專利檢索網進行相關產品的檢索,確認產品有無相關專利已產生,之後再運用行銷手法對10項產品進行做出初步的行銷概念。

First,we figure out ten ideas on the application of the patent elastic band by means of TRIZ.

By the project, we hope that we can provide some good ideas for the factory, also help them on innovating better products.

The project aims on the application of elastic band, which is a patent invention produced by an elastic band factory.

4.   Significance:

The application of elastic band which is eco-friendly and hollow inside.

5.   Methods:

We use TRIZ, Patent Retrieval, SWOT analysis, STP, 4Ps etc.

6.   Conclusion:

We use “Patent Retrieval” to make sure if the products have been invented or not. Finally, we use marketing methods to map out a general marketing skill on these ten products.

公司作業程序繁瑣,目前億豐公司所使用的表單過多,資料有些需要反覆的交由各個部門及業務、過程繁瑣,相當不方便,皮帶扣組裝過程相當繁瑣。本專題採用合併表單解決採購與客戶訂單和出貨的問題及減少皮帶扣組裝的難度。

二、動機:

目前億豐公司以各式的表單來處理事務,不但資料過多、過程繁瑣,而且容易浪費紙張。在組裝完皮帶扣後還需要綁上橡皮筋,相當浪費時間。

三、目的:

本專題以合併表單來精簡表單,避免過分浪費紙張,以模具來組裝皮帶扣,避免組裝完皮帶扣後還需要綁上橡皮筋,可以解省許多時間。

四、特色:

本專題擬採以合併表單及製作模板來改善。

五、研究方法:

本專題採用精簡訂單與製作模具減少組裝時間的問題,精簡的表單中包括了客戶訂單與訂單通知單、製造命令單及包裝明細表、退貨單及廠商扣款明細表。利用模板組裝皮帶扣,可以避免使用橡皮筋浪費時間及縮短組裝時間。

六、結論:

透過本專題所提出的方法,縮短億豐公司的作業流程及減少紙張的浪費,更能減少組裝的時間,增加組裝的效率。

The topics to be adopted to solve the combined purchasing and customer order forms and shipping problems, reduce the difficulty belt buckle assembly.

2. Motivation:

Currently Yifeng company to a variety of forms to process transactions, not only too much information, the process cumbersome and prone to wasting paper. After assembling the belt buckle also need to tie a rubber band, a considerable waste of time.

3. Purpose:

The topic forms to streamline the form of merger, to avoid excessive waste of paper to mold to assemble belt buckle, belt buckle assembly to avoid the need to finish tied rubber band, can solve a lot of time Province.

4. Significance:

Intends to incorporate the topic mining and production of a form template to improve.

5. Methods:

The topics to be adopted to streamline order to reduce assembly time and production mold problem, streamlined form, including customer orders and orders notice, manufacturing and packaging schedules single command, and returns a single vendor debit schedule. 本專題利用系統模擬軟體系統來建立工廠模型,並針對工廠的生產線分析、依照產出的多寡選擇較佳的模擬參數,並透過品質機能展開,分析工廠的工程參數與客戶需求關係,來探討對於品質提升的改善方案。 

二、動機:

在五金加工產業製程中,繁雜的加工程序佔相當高的比例,又因訂單變更、插單,導致先前訂單延後需追趕進度,無法在預定時間交貨,而嚴重影響產業的競爭力。

三、 目的:

希望藉此提高工廠生效率,以及分析可能的品質改善方案。 

四、特色:

本專題小組應用系統模擬軟體 Flexsim 與品質機能展開於個案工廠中。  

五、研究方法:  

本專題首先使用 SWOT 分析個案公司的優勢、劣勢、機會、威脅。再導入系統模擬軟體(Flexsim)五金加工產業中,利用系統模擬軟體系統來建立工廠模型,並針對工廠的生產線分析、依照產出的多寡選擇較佳的模擬參數。以及,透過品質機能展開,分析工廠的工程參數與客戶需求關係,來探討對於品質提升的改善方案。

This student project utilized system simulation software (Flexsim) into metal processing industry, and built the plant model and analyzed the plant's production line using system simulation software. The project utilized Quality Function Deployment (QFD) to analyze relationships between engineering characteristics and customer needs to propose the quality improvement program.

2.  Motivation:  

In the metal processing industry processes, complex machining programs account for a high proportion, because of order changes, and order inserting, leading to the need to catch up with the progress of previously delayed orders. These situations result in delayed order and seriously affect the competitiveness of the industry.

3.  Purpose:  

The student project aims to select the appropriate simulation parameters according to the amount of output and to propose the quality improvement program.

4.  Significance:

This student project utilized system simulation software (Flexsim) and Quality Function Deployment (QFD) into metal processing industry.

5.  Methods:  

This student project applied SWOT analysis to analyze the company's strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats. Then import system simulation software (Flexsim) into metal processing industry. The student project also constructed a web user interface to interact with database.

1.    Introduction:

ThoThis project conducted management and strategic analysis for McDonald's Hua-Tan Store. We focused on "promotional program", "how to reduce costs "and" service quality ", in order to find its competitive advantage.

2.  Motivation:

In recent years, more and more fast food restaurants, such as Burger King, Most Burger, KFC, opened in Taiwan.  Under such a various choice, consumers still prefer McDonald's, since its Big-Yellow-M logo standing for value has been deeply rooted in the minds of consumers.  Our project tried to study why McDonald become customers’ favorite choice, and how it created their own advantage, and being competitive in the fast food industries.

3.  Purpose:

We applied field observation by collecting the primary and secondary data, and we used some management tools such as SWOT, five forces analysis, 4P, STP analysis in this study.

4.  Significance:

Taking McDonald's Hua-Tan store as our research object, we conducted management and strategy analysis. Our project proposed some findings on its promotional program, cost down program and service quality improvement program for the purpose of its competitive advantage.

Our research processes were as followed: 

Motivation → Generate research topic → Find company problem → Establish research purpose → Analyze of relevant data, identifying problems → Investigate the current status → Propose recommendations for improvement → Conclude the project report. 

6.    Conclusion:

We proposed for Taking McDonald's Hua-Tan store some suggestions on management and strategy improvement, including its promotional program, cost down program and service quality improvement program, which will be helpful to its competitive advantage.
