1. Introduction:
The research measured the standard operation time of bar code and RFID and the result confirms that the application of RFID can shorten the operation time and increase the efficiency of collecting information.
2. Motivation:
The research integrated Enterprise Resource Planning system (ERP) and SFT systems and Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) technology. The integration of these three systems solves the problems in shop floor.
3. Purpose:
The purpose of this research is to simplify the bar-code input processes, to introduce RFID technology, to integrate different systems, and to provide industries shop floor management techniques.
4. Significance:
The significance is using RFID technology to predigest the process of collecting information and to track the progress by SFT, and the collected information is stored in ERP¡¦s database.
5. Methods:
The first step of integration is ERP and SFT systems to decrease the clerical error and the second step of integration is introducing RFID techniques to simplify the bar-code input processes.
6. Conclusion:
The research suggested the case company integrating ERP and SFT to track the manufacturing progress and to decrease the clerical error. The case company can query and get the manufacturing progress by applying the research results.

1. Introduction:
Immediate rescue system can alleviate the severity of falls in elderly people. Installation of a warning system for fall-risk elderly people is important and necessary for immediate rescue system.
2. Motivation:
The reliability of a warning system for fall-risk people can be reduced because of its misjudging the signals of falls.
3. Purpose:
This study is to investigate the characteristics of elderly people¡¦s movements while they are taking a shower or bath in a bathroom, and attempts to find the patterns of elderly people¡¦s falls while they are washing themselves and to use these fall patterns to develop a warning system for fall-risk people with enhanced sensitivity and reliability.
4. Significance:
Use systematic innovation method (TRIZ) to increase the correction of identification of the falls signal.
5. Methods:
This study used systematic innovation (TRIZ) as the analytical tool and, by functional analyses and cause-effect chain analysis, figured out that the reason of a warning system¡¦s misjudgment is because the warning system cannot correctly grasp the characteristics of falls. This study analyzed the movements of light points to obtain the characteristics of elderly people¡¦s movements and then compared with young people¡¦s movements to find out the main factors that cause elderly people to fall.
6. Conclusion:
The elderly people¡¦s abilities of keeping balance after shifting the center of gravity are worse than young people¡¦s because their muscle strength and joints have deteriorated. The results of this study can help improve the reliability of the warning system for fall-risk elderly people and help develop the aids to prevent falls.

This study reveals that combined the fundamental technique, such as TRIZ, Work Study and Single Chip automatic control, could develop a warning system for fall-risk people with enhanced sensitivity and reliability.

This project aims to help the company reduce the storage cost and establishment of management system. The first improvement focuses on storage management.
2. Motivation:
The warehouse space was not effectively use before, and materials are disorderly stacked. The old system does not have the integration and data consistency.
3. Purpose:
The project is to improve material placement, to plan the warehousing space, to lower material requisition time, and to establish stocktaking system to reduce errors.
4. Significance:
The ABC classification is utilized in the warehousing space plan, and the group categorization and stocktaking system are established for a better warehousing system.
5. Methods:
After understanding and collecting the company data, this group divides the project into three parts: spatial plan, warehousing management, and stocktaking system.
6. Conclusion:
This project utilized ABC classification method to arrange the space of warehouse and the construction of stocktaking system. The improvement results shorten the transportation distance to 316.62 meters per day. In addition, the stocktaking system proposed in this project reduced the disordered stack and the inconsistency phenomenon. Finally, the redesigned material requisition form lowers the chances of human mistakes.

The goal of this study is help more people to know the hosiery industry and Changhua ¡V Shetou (home of socks).

Introduce professional knowledge of the project management includes management activities human resource management, time management, cost management, integration management, quality management and risk management, apply to the industrial promotion activities. 1. Introduction:
This study is based on bike rider¡¦ frame parts. Using Plato analysis and cause of effect diagram, two of quality control 7 tools to analysis the quality problems of the production line. The two major quality problems were: 1.manual labeling process, 2.ink printing process. 39 engineering parameters, technical contradiction matrix table and 40 inventive principles in TRIZ theory were used to solve these quality programs.
2. Motivation:
The bicycle industry has a long history. Parts and Accessories also have certain degree of market demand. This case company mainly produce bike rider¡¦ frame parts. Manual labeling operations need a lot of manpower. After labeling easy to produce bubbles need to rework, can not to produce more products with minimum time.
3. Purpose:
a. Explore the quality problems of rider¡¦ frame labeling.
b. Solve the quality problem by quality management methods.
c. Innovative ways of systematization to solve the quality problem.
4. Significance:
Combination of quality management methods and TRIZ theory and tools to search solutions to the problems faced in manufacturing processes of traditional industrial.
5. Methods:
Understanding the present market overview of the bike rider¡¦ frame parts, manufacturing process, and with the TRIZ method to study the problems faced by the company. Improve the company problems in the manufacturing processes. Finally, review the methods that solve the problem.
6. Conclusion:
For Labeling flaw and Printing flaw two major quality problems of bike rider¡¦ frame parts manufacturing process, get six and three recommended solutions with quality management methods, The TRIZ methods respectively proposes four kinds of solutions. To take a experiment in one of these methods, there were a good result.

1. Introduction:
The purpose of this project is to discuss the running of golf driving range and makes it subject. Apply the conception of PZB service quality pattern and apply customer¡¦s satisfaction of the golf driving range.
2. Motivation:
The project discusses the case for Changhua Ming Sing golf driving range as our object. Besides we explore the satisfaction of Ming Sing golf driving range interior to customers.
3. Purpose:
We focus on investigating the customers of Changhua City Ming Sing golf driving range. This purpose is understand the difference of service quality in different groups of customers and present this suggestion to refer for companies.
4. Characteristic:
This project is to present whether this project has obvious difference to analyze the satisfaction of Ming Sing golf driving range service with the five aspects of analysis and through PZB to proceed the design of questionnaire.
5. Research Methods:
This study takes advantage of hypothesis assessment analysis and through PZB to proceed the design of questionnaire. We try to design of the service quality of Ming Sing golf driving range in five elements of structure: formation, liability, reaction, profession, consideration and build the basic information to come up with hypothetic question. Besides, according to the recognition of customers¡¦ service quality to figure out the comprehensive performance and the customers¡¦ willingness again in Ming Sing golf driving range and offer the direction of improvement.
6. Conclusion:
According to the six different customer¡¦s characteristics of background, and the results of Ming Sing golf driving range service, we estimate that the apparent difference has totally seven. 1. Introduction:
This study was conducted the investigation and research the operating mode of Taiwan Fylin Co. from the marketing, procurement, inspection, warehousing, inventory management, delivery and transportation 6 fields. The study will propose some appropriate recommendations for the problems the company facing by the knowledge learned in school.
2. Motivation:
The good material management can make the products in production line get strict quality control, the improvement of factory space and better material supply. But how to execute a good material management is also important subject.
3. Purpose:
Under the manufacturing space is not adequate and the inventory is lean, how to use the material management to plan the factory¡¦s problems to achieve low-cost and high-efficiency results.
4. Significance:
This study analyzed the processes related to the operation mode and materials management of Fylin Co. and found the differences between Fylin Co. and other companies in the B2B and B2C.
5. Methods:
It collected information and practical experience through the visiting the factory and meeting the company manager and compared the theory learned in the classroom. Then it studied the B2B marketing mode of this company and extent to material management of air container. It conducted the analysis for every processes and tried to find the defects providing recommendations.
6. Conclusion:
After the analysis, the study think the company must put effort in the directions of innovation and automation in order to break through the current difficulties. The innovation must begin from new materials, to design a new type of container by lighter and stronger intensity of composite materials replacing the traditional aluminum alloy material. In automation, they have to procure the new automation equipment to increase productivity and save the labor cost.

1. Introduction:
The layout situation of the production machinery in the traditional small-sized factories corresponds to the plant development and product order.
2. Motivation:
Improper facility planning, the factory layout is confusion, the material moving lines staggered, it cause lower production efficiency.
3. Purpose:
By using systematic layout planning, simulated the space arrangement of the factory equipment based on the relationships of demand and activity.
4. Significance:
Use systematic layout planning and work study to seek the opportunity of improvement.
5. Methods:
In this study, traditional shoe factory, for example the production of indoor shoes, used operation process chart, flow process chart, flow diagram, elimination, combination, rearrangement and simplification of the WORK STUDY tools to improve material moving and manufacturing procedures.
6. Conclusion:
After a systematic procedure diagram analysis, the improvement of the layout planning, operation process, transport and delay can be achieved. The main cause of the defective products was the adhesive side unglued. By using the rotary sander to remove the wrinkles from the laminar plate, the adhesive effect can be enhanced effectively.

1.Introduction:
This study used questionnaires to master the habit of glasses and related issues, followed by the use of patent search and literature to understand the existing trends in eyewear design and direction of innovative methods followed by systematic introduction of various tools for innovative design glasses. Including evolutionary trends, 40 inventive principles, contradiction matrix and so on. Through innovative design of this study has been fully resolved: Includes removable lens, adjustment, scratch-resistant, demisting, fog, discoloration, so that glasses can improve efficiency in the use and satisfaction.
2.Motivation:
(1) As myopic as diseases of civilization, has led many people to increase dependence on glasses and take a long time to wear glasses, likely to cause nose uncomfortable. Moreover, in a number of specific situations, such as: eating hot food, playing, sports, sweat ... and so on, will make people feel troubled, there are many problems arising from the spectacle itself, such as the screw is loose, lens fogging, does not work with modeling ... etc. So this group want to use this study to try to eliminate these problems, the glasses allow users to achieve the most comfortable utility.

This study aims at service quality of Ming-Sing golf driving range. According to its analysis and discussions, we could know how to improve its service and operation effectively by using concept of quality management.

After discussion, we decided to set Ming-Sing golf driving range to be our research target.

1. Introduction:
Rice is the most important crop in Taiwan which accounts for 32% of local agricultural production. The harvested rice without being milled is called paddy. There are eight steps to mill the paddy into rice: testing, drying, cooling, peeling, rice specifying, color sorting, washing and packing. This research applies the theory of risk assessment and highlights three important steps in the milling process, namely, drying, cooling and color sorting. Through quality function deployment table these three steps are transformed into four key parts, i.e., color recognition system, cool storage system, ventilation lines and pressure nozzle. This study regulates these four key parts and thus improves the quality of rice milling.
2. Motivation:
This study applied the risk assessment theory into rice milling process. Key parts were found
and regulated to improve the rice milling quality.
3. Purpose:
This study first illustrated the classifications of rice categories and rice milling process. Second, risk assessment was applied in finding the key steps of the rice milling process. Third, qualification function deployment was used to find the key factors. In the end, the key factors was improved to get the rice milling quality better.
4. Characteristic:
This study used the method of quality function deployment and transferred the quality factors of end products into the key factors of product development. These key factors were improved to get the rice milling quality to be better.
5. Principle:
Quality function deployment and risk assessment learned in the department of Industrial Engineering and Management have been applied in this research.
6. Methods:
Suncue Grain Drier, Suncue Computerized Tester, Cold Storage, Rice-Husking Machine,
Rice Whitener, Rice Polishing Machine, Packer.
7. Conclusion:
The method could be used twice a year, after the two period of rice-harvest.
