複合式餐廳服務流程創新設計之研究

一、簡介:

研究結合TRIZ(系統化創新,Teoriya Resheniya Izobreatatelskikh Zadatch),以三皇三家為研究個案,嘗試利用TRIZ手法解決其中可能發生的矛盾,尋求突破性、整合性的設計概念,期能提昇服務品質與顧客的滿意度

二、動機:

台灣多數複合式餐廳受限於資金及規模的限制,多數複合式餐廳的服務還是僅著眼在餐點與桌號的對應上,仍欠缺較高的服務品質以及以衛生品質為導向的餐點與顧客對應的服務概念。本研究之主要目的在於改善整個點餐系統以及顧客進門用餐到用餐完畢離開的整個流程,藉以提昇服務水準令顧客滿意,讓複合式餐廳整個流程規劃能更有效率且更加完善。

三、目的:

(一)      藉由系統化創新工具來進行複合式餐飲業服務流程的創新設計。

(二)      在彰化地區複合式餐廳的競爭優劣勢分析並評估個案餐廳未來流程改善及發展之可能方向。

(三)      分析個案餐廳與同業及異業的競爭優劣,以系統化創新工具來發展具優勢之競爭創新服務流程。

四、特色:

本專題針對服務人員不足、送錯餐點、出餐延遲、製作等待時間、顧客自行換桌、點餐單擦拭不乾淨、更換餐點、菜梯口擁擠、僅能參對桌無法餐對人等問題提出改善建議,提高服務效率與品質並透過餐對人的服務水準提昇,期能大幅提高客戶滿意度。

六、結論:

經過這次專題製作,最大的收穫是學習如何運用TRIZ,以低成本且具有創意的想法來解決問題,製作專題過程中,透過TRIZ將複合式餐廳流程上會出現的問題解決,以此降低成本與提昇服務品質。

1.      Introduction:

In this study, combined with TRIZ (Teoriya Resheniya Izobreatatelskikh Zadatch), to Sanhuangsanjia as a case study approach attempts to use TRIZ to solve conflicts which may arise, to seek a breakthrough, integrated design concept, a view to improve service quality and customer satisfaction.

2.      Motivation:

Most of Taiwan's hybrid capital and limited restaurant size constraints, most complex service restaurant or just look at the meals and the corresponding number on the table, still lack a high quality of service and quality in health-oriented meals with customers corresponding to the service concept. The main purpose of this study is to improve the entire customer ordering system and leave the door meals to eat the entire process is completed, in order to enhance service standards of customer satisfaction, restaurant complex planned the whole process more efficient and more perfect.

3.      Purpose:

(A) through systematic innovation tools for composite services, food and beverage industry innovative design process.
(B) composite-style restaurant in the Changhua area of competition and to assess the strengths and weaknesses analysis of future cases of restaurant development process improvement and possible directions.
(C) the analysis of case-restaurant with the same industry and the pros and cons of cross-industry competition, the development of a systematic innovation tools to compete with edge of innovation and service processes.

4.      Significance:

the study addresses problems occurring in restaurant service process, such as staff shortage, wrong food delivered, delayed delivery, lead time, customers changing tables after orders are taken, order sheets are not fully erased, customers making changes to their orders, and the place where the chef puts finished meals so that waiters can pick them up is crowded. Lastly, based on the findings, the study presents summaries and recommendations that can be used by restaurants in the improvement of customer satisfaction by enhancing efficient and quality service.

5.      Methods:

TRIZ (Teoriya Resheniya Izobreatatelskikh Zadatch).

6.      Conclusion:

After this monograph, the maximum gain is learning how to use TRIZ, low cost and creative ideas to solve the problem, produce special process, the restaurant through the TRIZ process on the composite will be to solve the problem, thereby reducing costs and improve service quality.

台灣僑柏精密鑄造工業股份有限公司(以下簡稱僑柏公司)以脫蠟技術生產精密鑄造產品,具有頗高的知名度,產品行銷海內外。

二、動機

僑柏公司在執行精密鑄造過程中尚存在許多風險,諸如機器裝備長期處於高溫、高壓、高噪音與粉塵中,作業人員則需在此環境中精確與穩定地依據標準作業程序執行作業,稍有不慎都有可能發生工業安全事件。

三、目的

本專題研究首先針對僑柏公司精密鑄造製程每道步驟進行風險評估;其次,找出具有危害風險之鑄造步驟;最後,用系統化創新技術(TRIZ)檢視具有危害風險之鑄造步驟,找出發生工業安全問題的癥結,擬訂改善方案,鞏固僑柏公司安全,提升生產績效,增進作業人員福祉。

四、特色

本專題研究使用風險的事件發生的嚴重程度與事件發生的機率兩個指標,接著對僑柏公司的十三道製程進行風險評估,再將兩指標整合成縱合風險指標,放入棒球場分析圖,得知第六道與第八道製程風險值最高。在使用系統化創新技術(TRIZ)擬訂改善方案。

1.      Introduction

Geober Precision Casting Co., Ltd.(herein referred to as GEOBER) is a highly reputed company specialized in precision castings via dewaxing technology for domestic sales and exports.

2.      Motivation

There are mechanical hazards and associated risks in the process of casting, for example, operators have to follow exactly the steps as listed in Standard Operation Procedures under severe environmental conditions such as high-temperature, high pressure, high noise level, flying particles and dust. Even a slightest mistake or carelessness can cause industrial accidents.

3.      Purpose

The study conducts risk assessments on each casting process and identifies processes that are exposed to mechanical hazards and risks. By employing TRIZ(Teoriya Resheniya Izobretatelskikh Zadatch,TRIZ, the study examines these processes that are exposed to mechanical hazards and risks, identifies the crux of industrial safety issues and develops an improvement plan for the enhancement of production performance.

4.      Significance

The study uses two indices – incident severity and the probability of event occurring – to conduct risk assessments on thirteen casting processes of Geober. These two indices are then integrated into a composite risk index for baseball field analysis. The findings show that the sixth and eighth processes score the highest Value at Risk (VAR). TRIZ is then employed to develop an improvement plan.

本專題擬將企業資源規劃軟體(ERP)導入水龍頭產業中,計算出每次購買原料的需求多寡,透過ERP內採購託外系統所產生的報表可作為評估評選協力廠商的資訊依據。

二、動機:

在水五金產業的製程中,採購原物料與託外加工佔整個製程相當高的比例,採購與託外的延遲與進貨量不足嚴重影響產業的競爭力。

三、功能:

           多餘的採購不但造成物料的堆積、也是資金的浪費,不足的採購無法應付訂單的原物料需求,導致生產缺貨造成客戶的流失,所以使用ERP精算出正確的原物料採購數量非常重要。

四、特色:

        本專題擬使用企業資源規劃(Enterprise Resource Planning, ERP)系統協助解決採購與託外的問題。

五、原理:

利用報表來評估選擇優良的供應商與託外廠商。

Material procurement and outsourcing are the major problems in water ware industry. The delay and insufficient problems of procurement and outsourcing affect the competiveness enormously.

3. Purpose:

This project aims to construct an evaluation method under the ERP support.

4. Characteristic:

This project utilizes Enterprise Resource Planning system (ERP) to solve the procurement and outsourcing problems.

5. Principle:

Evaluate and select good suppliers and outsourcing manufacturers.

6. Methods:

ERP system, analysis of manufacturing orders and procurement orders, and Online Analytical Processing (OLAP).

解決鞋櫃內部的潮濕及黴菌滋生問題。 

三、目的:

運用TRIZ創新技法、電腦輔助設計、鞋櫃內流場數值模擬、單晶片控制、濕度感測器、人因工程設計等進行鞋櫃創新設計。

利用鞋櫃內外部空氣交換調整濕度。 

五、研究方法:

藉由TRIZ的分析方法確認鞋櫃內部的潮濕及黴菌滋生源自於通風不良;鞋櫃內流場數值模擬估算較佳的層板配置與通風效果;鞋櫃層板傾斜機構達到存取鞋子省力方便;濕度感測器感測鞋櫃內濕度,經單晶片自動控制器驅動風扇吸入鞋櫃外部空氣。 

六、結論:

藉增進鞋櫃內外空氣交換,確能降低鞋櫃內部濕度;單晶片自動控制器結合濕度感測器確可達到節能功效。

1.      Introduction:

The following tools, such as the theory of TRIZ, Computer-aided Design, flow numerical simulation, single chip controller, humidity sensor, and Human Factors Engineering are used to create an innovative shoe cabinet,   It proposes innovative solutions to the moisture and mold problems with shoe cabinet.

2.      Motivation:

Resolve the moisture and mold problems of the shoe cabinet.

3.      Purpose:

Create a shoe cabinet with the performance of energy-saving and dehumidification.

4.      Significance:

Exchange of air to the outside as well as circulation of air within the cabinet.

5.      Methods:

TRIZ is employed to verify that the moisture and mold problems with shoe cabinets are due to poor ventilation, and the numerical simulation of the flow field is conducted to work out better shelving and ventilation inside the cabinet, a tilting mechanism facilitates the loading and removal of shoes from the rack, the humidity sensor measures and reports the relative humidity in the cabinet, and the single chip controller controls the fan to drive air from outside into the cabinet.

6.      Conclusion:

The exchange of air to the outside as well as circulation of air within the cabinet reduce the humidity in the shoe cabinet. The applications of the single chip controller and humidity sensor work towards achieving the goal of energy saving.

二、動機:

汽車零件製造商是很競爭的產業為了滿足顧客需求所累積許多物料成本,製造商的經驗進行調整,若人工的調整方法有錯誤,可能因此造成資源浪費以及成本增加,甚至會使訂單無法如期完成。

三、功能:

物料管理主要目的在於以最低總成本維持最低原物料存量而不是使材料的短缺。在有限產能內安排規劃生產時間和生產順序。

四、特色:

該專題利用 ABC將物料分類並以不同訂購方式來降低成本和以 i2 軟體將公司排程做有限產能規劃。

五、原理:

此專題再以不同訂購方式來維持最低物料成本和以排程軟題調整時間規畫。

1. Introduction:

This project focuses on material management and order scheduling problems of automobile part manufacturers.

2. Motivation:

Automobile part manufacturers face the challenge comes from other opponents. The manufacturer makes decisions by experience now and could result in waste of resources, increased cost, and backorders.

3. Purpose:

The material management tries to lower the material cost but not to make the material shortage. The order scheduling arranges the start time and end time of each work order to complete the order under finite capacity.

4. Characteristic:

The project utilizes ABC principle to simply the material management and i2 software to do the finite capacity planning.

5. Principle:

This project aims to maintain low level of material inventory and on time order scheduling.

6. Methods:

ABC principle, periodic ordering system, EOQ system, finite capacity planning.

7. Conclusion:

This project lower the material inventory cost and achieve the finite capacity planning utilizing i2 software. The achievement of this project is practical to the automobile part manufacturer.

建構ISO品質管理系統稽核員之人格特質參考模型

一、簡介: 

  本研究藉著專題問卷分析,進而整合出優秀的稽核員應該具備的人格特質並建構參考模型,可提供驗證公司作為甄選稽核員及人才訓練之參考。

二、動機:

台灣企業對於品質相當重視,將取得ISO9000國際品質管理系統驗證當作認定品質水準的第一要務,在ISO9000品質管理系統的驗證中,稽核員扮演著重要角色,稽核員的人格特質更影響到驗證結果。

三、目的:

本研究藉著專題問卷分析進而整合出優秀的稽核員應該具備的人格特質並建構參考模型,可提供驗證公司作為甄選稽核員及人才訓練之參考。

四、特色:

運用人格特質參考模型分析稽核員的問卷結果,可以協助知道稽核員是否已達基準,並針對未達基準方面加以分析及改善。

五、研究方法:

本專題用受稽核公司問卷結果為稽核員人格特質基準,有效問卷為77份,將問卷十五項問題所有的變數運用SPSS進行因素分析後,將分析結果對應Costa and McCrae所分類的五大人格特質,經由歸屬後,為稽核員之人格特質整合成四大構面,並利用此四大構面做為分析依據,並建構成熟度人格特質參考模型。

六、結論:

Construction of a Reference Model for

ISO QMS Auditors’ Personality Traits

1.        Introduction:

This research, by applying questionnaire analysis, tries to build a reference model for the basic personality traits of excellent auditors. Such a model can be provided to the certification organizations for their auditors’ selection and training purposes.

2.      Motivation:

Taiwanese companies pay much attention to quality system certification. Achieving the ISO 9000 quality management system certificate becomes the first priority for the quality level recognition of those companies. During the certification process of the ISO 9000 QMS, the auditors play an important role. Therefore, their personality traits may affect the result of certification.

3.      Purpose:

This research, by applying questionnaire analysis, tries to build a reference model for the basic personality traits of excellent auditors. Such a model can be provided to the certification organizations for their auditors’ selection and training purposes.

4.      Significance:

Using our proposed personality traits model by inputting the data from received questionnaire after audit task, the certification company can judge if their auditors are qualified. And even for a further understanding of the lack of which specific personality traits and improve.

5.      Methods:

77 valid questionnaire results from audited companies, in which 15 questions were designed for the personality traits study of the auditors. Those data were analyzed using SPSS software and factor analysis method. Resulting from the factor analysis, those 15 personality traits were compared with the Big Five personality traits classified by Costa and McCrae. The suggested personality traits of the ISO QMS auditors then were corresponded to 4 aspects, Those 4 aspects then became the foundation of our reference model for personality traits maturity.

6.      Conclusion:

Using our proposed personality traits model by inputting the data from received questionnaire after audit task, the certification company can judge. And even for a further understanding of the lack of which specific personality traits. Furthermore, this model can help easier to identify the needed personality traits when interviewing new auditors. Such a reference model can help improve the fair and efficiency of the certification tasks.

系統化創新應用於設施規劃之研究-以自行車零件製造為例

一、簡介:

本組專題多次實際參訪銘輝自行車零件製造廠,發現了他們公司的動線規劃不盡理想,各種半成品、原料及雜物堆放雜亂,而為了發現問題的關鍵點,本組專題開始紀錄並研究設備擺放位置,造成動線流暢度等問題,並經過多次討論後,使用以設施規劃工具與TRIZ矛盾矩陣工具,提出改善方案以利減少搬運的距離、時間的浪費,使動線流暢,提升產能、效率,進而節省成本,提昇產業競爭之優勢。本組將工廠內之主要生產線的生產流程加以規劃後縮短了一半的搬運總距離,由原本182公尺縮短到87.5公尺,縮短距離的效益達51.9%,並利用TRIZ系統化創新針對改善後所產生的問題,如:影響其他生產動線搬運距離,本組透過三十一個管理參數找出改善與惡化參數,從中得到四個原則以提供思考方向後,找到幾個改善方法,如增加推車搬運量等。 

二、動機:

本組在與指導老師多次討論與到工廠勘查之後,將專題研究報告的題目訂定為「系統化創新應用於設施規劃之研究」,首先先去了解工廠內部的作業程序,再去找出與發現作業流程上的缺失,再經由本組討論提出改善方案,減少搬運時間與動線長度,改善後會出現的矛盾再經由系統化創新去解決矛盾點,使產品加工過程更加流暢,增加市場的競爭力。 

三、目的:

(一)改善工廠設施佈置與擺放。

(二)妥善規劃分類動線與產品區,工作效率提升。

(三)以系統化創新解決設施規劃改善後所產生的矛盾點。 

四、特色:

系統化創新工具應用發想解決方法可行度高,運用設施規劃工具後對於工廠生產線效率提升。 

五、研究方法:

本組利用設施規劃與TRIZ系統化創新來幫助工廠改善目前所面臨的問題,我們運用設施規劃工具來縮短工廠主要生產線的距離,再利用系統化創新來解決改善後對於其他生產線所產生的矛盾。 

六、結論:

本組針對工廠最主要生產的產品的動線和機械設備位置加以調整,使得從原料區開始加工運送至成品區的時間及路線縮短,由原本總距離182公尺縮短至87.5公尺,縮短距離的效益達51.9%,搬運距離縮短相對員工可以把作業時間放在其他地方,而這縮短的距離每天可以省下的時間為179.55秒,再以人工成本每月六萬元計算,一年總共可以省下人工搬運成本達35,910元。

Applying the Systematic innovation to Facilities Planning - Taking the Bicycle Parts as an example

1.      Introduction:

After visiting the Ming Huei Profit Co. Ltd, this project found the transportation line has many problems which include piled-up semi-finished products, raw materials and other debris. Besides, devices were not placed fluently in the shop floor. This group first began to record the location of devices and investigate transportation frequency of related material. After several discussions, the proposed improvements reduce transport distance and transportation time. The results improve the productivity and efficiency. The group collected the required information, used the facilities planning tool and TRIZ contradiction matrix tools to improve the transportation line, and gave the company some suggestions. Besides, the results enhance industry competition. The group's main production line factory production planning process to be shortened by half of the total transportation distance shortened from the original 182 meters to 87.5 meters shorterdistances up to 51.9% efficiency and the use of TRIZ systematic.innovation for improvedproblems arising, such as: impact on other production lines moving away from moving, this group of parameters identified by thirty-one  management improvement and deterioration of parameters,from which four principles to provide a direction of thinking, find a few improvements, such as increasing push the amount of car handling.

2.      Motivation:

The group discussions with the instructor and to the factory survey, the study will be the subject of special set of "systematic innovation research applied to facilities planning," the first to go to understand the operating procedures within the factory, go find out and found that the lack of operational processes, and then discussed by the group proposed to improve the program, reducing handling time and fixed line length, the conflict will be improved further through systematic innovation to resolve the contradictions, make the product more fluid process, increase market competitiveness.

The group used the facilities planning and TRIZ systematic innovation to help factories to improve the problems currently facing our planning tools to reduce the use of facilities, the main production line from the factory, re-use of systematic innovation to solve the improved production lines for other conflicts that arise.

6.      Conclusion:

The most important group of plant products for the dynamic lines and location of mechanical equipment to be adjusted, making the area began processing from raw materials to finished product delivery routes to shorten the time and area, 182 meters from the original total distance shortened to 87.5 meters, shortening the distance efficiency of 51.9%, moving from a relatively shorter time employees can work on other areas, which shorten the distance each day can save time for 179.55 seconds, then sixty thousand yuan per month calculated labor costs, total annualmanual handling can save up to 35,910 yuan cost.

本研究是以自動販賣機製造為例,利用柏拉圖選取前2項重大品質問題和特性要因圖探討其原因,再以品質管理方法及萃思(TRIZ)系統化創新方式中的39工程參數、矛盾矩陣表、40發明原則、演化趨勢、資源運用等,從產品設計、製造、組裝等一系列流程之相關品質問題做系統化的探討與改善。

二、動機:

金雨公司以自創品牌研發製造自動販賣機系列產品,為國內自動販賣機領導品牌,該公司不斷的創新求進,擁有智慧型自動販賣機以及媲美日本大廠超高解析液晶電視的設計製造技術,是系統整合業界以及消費性通路業界最佳的合作夥伴。該公司市面上有很多各式各樣不同種類的自動販賣機顯示無人商店的成功。藉由參觀工廠了解各式各樣新研發的販賣機及其製造過程,並激起本研究欲探討販賣機品質問題的動機。

五、研究方法:

我們可以從100台的NT-851自動販賣機成品記錄表看到,不良點的內容有很多種,把不良點項目做統計,把統計數最多的兩項列出,分別為「中門與中門下間隙太大」和「內門手把太緊」,接下來用品管方法和TRIZ方法來解決這兩項品質問題。

六、結論:

首先用品管方法解決兩項品質問題,要先從特性要因圖把原因找出來,利用品管方法來解決這些造成品質問題的原因。接著再運用TRIZ思考方式來解決品質問題,TRIZ解決品質問題分兩部分:第一部分以資源運用、演化趨勢及40原理思考特性要因圖的重要原因;第二部分則運用定義問題、找出改善與惡化參數、查矛盾矩陣表、及詮釋40原理等四個步驟來尋求TRIZ之解答。

1.      Introduction:

This study takes vending machine manufacturers as an example to do a systematic analysis and make improvement. The study applies Plato diagram to find the first two important quality problems, and further utilizes cause – effect diagram to explore their causes. The researchers make a systematic discussion and improvement of a series of process related to quality problems from product design, manufacturing, assembly by using quality management methods and systematic innovation TRIZ in the way the 39 engineering parameters, contradiction matrix, 40 principles of the invention, evolution, using of resources.

2.    Motivation:

Kim-Yu developed and manufactured products vending machine through its self-created brand, and become the leading domestic brand in Taiwan. The company constantly strive for innovation, with intelligent vending machines and ultra-high resolution comparable to the Japanese manufacturers design and manufacture of LCD TV technology, systems integration industry, and consumer access the industry's best partners. The company has many different kinds of vending machines, showing the store’s success without clerks in the stores. Through visiting the factory, the researchers understand various new vending machines and their manufacturing processes, and which provoked this study to explore the quality problems of vending machines.

3.    Purpose:

First, the study aimed to investigate the manufacturing processes and quality problems of vending machines.

Second, the study solved quality problems through quality management methods. Third, the study (researchers) solve quality problems through systematic and innovative ways.

4.    Significance:

The thematic study listed significant quality problems and causes by utilizing Plato and cause effect diagram, and solve the problems through quality management methods and extraction thinking (TRIZ) systematic innovation in the way the 39 engineering parameters, contradiction matrix and 40 principles of the invention, evolution, use of resources, to solve problems related to quality.

5.    Methods:

As shown on the records of 100 NT-851 vending machines, there were many kinds of drawbacks. According to the statistics of these drawbacks, the researchers listed two significant items- the gap between the door and subglottic was too large, and the handle of inner door was too tight. These two problems were solved through utilizing quality management methods and TRIZ.

6.    Conclusion:

In order to solve these quality problemsfirst of all, we needed to find the reasons from cause effect diagram and utilize quality management methods to solve these problems. Secondly, we applied TRIZ way of thinking to solve the problems in two parts. The first part utilizes resources, trends and the 40 principles of evolutionary thinking characteristic map of the important reasons to be due; As for the second part, we followed four steps including applying definition and deterioration parameters, check the contradiction matrix, and the interpretation of the 40 principles of TRIZ to find the solutions.

TRIZ為基礎之管材裁切創新作業流程及系統設計

一、簡介: 

近年產業競爭烈,業為求能在競爭中脫穎而出,必須在品質上提昇及成本的降低來努力本專題以九良鋼鐵公司為研究對象,針對管材加工過程中,包括成形及裁切作業所存在的品質問題進行分析探討,針對高達2~3%的不良率,本組導入TRIZ(系統化創新,Teoriya Resheniya Izobretatelskikh Zadatch,TRIZ)方法進行改善,針對管材成形及管材裁切尺寸偏移的問題,進行創新性改善設計,利用TRIZ手法解決其中可能發生的矛盾,尋求突破性、整合性的設計概念,期能提升產品品質與降低成本。

本專題彙總提出四項管材裁切尺寸偏移的預防及警示機構,依據尺寸偏移的狀況提供立即警示,當誤差超過1mm,除利用警報及燈光閃爍提醒外,若未立即處理並將斷然執行斷電停機的措施,確保作業品質。未來將此機構裝設於裁切機台上,將可有效降低不良率,預期將可達到100%良品(不產出不良品)的目標。

二、動機:

(一)品質不良對工廠造成成本的浪費。

(二)管材裁切尺寸偏移所造成的品質損失較為嚴重。

三、目的:

利用系統化創新(TRIZ)來改善尺寸偏移問題並設計預防及警示機構,達成降低尺寸偏移問題,達到100%良率的目標。

四、特色:

改善方案製作成本低,在公差±1mm條件下,改善模型將在可尺寸偏移超過1mm時,給予警告,若未進行修正並將停機斷電。

           利用TRIZ系統化創新工具來解決個案公司問題。

Due to intense competition, quality improvement and cost reduction has become a key to success in today’s market. With Chiu Liang Yi Steel Works as the subject, the study identifies and analyzes the problems encountered during forming and cutting processes. TRIZ (Teoriya Resheniya Izobretatelskikh Zadatch,TRIZ) is employed to solve the engineering problems with the aim of improving the high defect rate of 2~3%. In regard to size deviations occur during formation and cutting, the study tries to define, generalize and create breakthrough innovations via the application of TRIZ to improve quality and reduce cost.

The study proposes a size departure warning mechanism to warn the operator when the error is greater than 1 mm by sounding the alarm, flashing the light or having the machine shut down automatically when no immediate action is taken. In the future, the cutting machine will be equipped with such mechanism to achieve the goal of 100% yield (no defective products are made) and zero defect rate.

2.     Motivation:

(一)Quality defects have lots of costs associated with them – money, time, resources, and lost reputation.

(二)Loss resulted from quality defects caused by size deviations is even more significant.

3.     Purpose:

Employ TRIZ to improve the problem with size deviations and design a size departure warning mechanism to achieve the goal of 100% yield(no defective products are made) and zero defect rate.

4.     Significance:

The factory can benefit from the low-cost improvement. With the tolerance of ±1mm, when the error is greater than 1 mm, the mechanism will sound the alarm, flash the warning light or have the machine shut down automatically when no immediate action is taken.

5.     Methods:

In the research, we apply TRIZ process for the identification of problems and creative problem solving.

6.     Conclusion:

The study uses TRIZ to effectively eliminate problems encountered by the factory. It proposes an innovative size departure warning mechanism which, through modeling and simulation, has been proved to be effective for reducing defect rate.

The moving average method in the predictive is the best way. The scheduling use the shortest time rules to supporting the first-come-first-served rules, also use the key rate to arrange the known order in the future. The performance built the assessment system, and uses the production order. Lean uses the signage and warning lights and other tools. Our future advice: use “season change method”, importing “MRP, complete management system, JIT production, ERP” and so on.
